-The jumping anim has a misaligned frame.
-After dashing once the anim is repeated before going back to state 0.
-The dash explod on Gigantic Pressure lasts for 1 tick before destroying itself.
-State 210 plays a gethit sound
-The X velocity on C Sempuukyaku is too high
-I can connect 4-6 Heavy Shoryuken's in the corner. The hitsound they used should be heavy instead of light btw.
-How is it that the first hit of Light Shoryuken defaults to a CvS2 normal hitspark when the other version's first hit is that Touhou spark?
-Why are you still using that Gouken/Ascended Ryu/LVL2 Ken auto combo?
-The counter looks bad. The frame where Asura launches his attack shouldn't be animelem 9. Why'd you use a custom state that places p2 into the air for this?
-What's the point in using the medium counter move when the heavy version has more range? (The clsns on these 2 counter moves is bad btw)
-Teleport is incredibly hard to do... And from the looks of it you've set it to move based on what direction you're holding. The position and distance for the teleports should be based on the button combinations used in order to execute the move.
-Kfm gets up before an SGS has ended (lol).
-How is it that the impact sound for God Press is wrong but the one used for Gigantic Pressure is right?
-So the sound for a Messasu Gou Hadou destroying itself is a guard hit sound? Why?

i like what did with asura's win sound "im not human" just like oni good jod but he has a ssf4 ae power bar nice almost like a sf4 char im really liking this asura more now  ;D  (but you can change the stance so he won't look more like god rugal and his hair could have a touch of gouki as well)

This is just the basic 0-150 states

  • Contact box for the Standing Animation is too big.
  • Something needs do be done about that flame spark (during the standing animation).
  • Crouching and walking states seem okay (no need to change).
  • The jumping animation looks a bit off. Otherwise, it's good.
  • Being able to crouch from running :grrr: (actually, it doesn't peeve me as much as it does others).
  • Contact box for running animation is too big, contact box for recovery from the running animation is too small.
  • Crouching block animation looks fidgety.
  • Contact box for the air block animation is too big.
  • I don't know what the "press fwd while blocking" thing is supposed to be, but it doesn't feel right.

Again, these are just the basic states. I didn't feel like going through the rest. These were troublesome enough.

yes feedback. thank you all. i will start a new segment on the nMo show where i take some feedback and record when i am actually fixing the bugs on the spot and will say which person's feedback it is.

i am still reading on the feedback and will impliment fixes all around. thumbs up. im glad some people are warming up to asura now and its a sign on things to come. thanks.

keep it coming so i can chop all of this down.

edit: are you guys sure about gouken? the counter shows two people downloaded him. him me on aim  alexlexus18 so we can fix the link issues.

His AI has a glitch: sometimes when he's beaten, he will get up and continue attacking, even though his opponent is already doing his winpose.

I already addressed the AI completely.

He should have ditched it before public-ing it even as a beta. I laid out the solution to that AI glitch too.

please dont strart trying to  sart the new year off right.

mugen fans im working asura right now.

EDIT:

I am working on a simple function patch that will cover the following:

-100% removal of AI

-Removal of the counter move
( the AI just was causing too many issues and i had planned to remove it
like i was advised but i simple released the beta due to frustrations with not getting
enough feedback. )

-removed the teleport cancels. and will at a later date change the command for the teleport
for since i removed the counter move.

-fixed AI glitch once KOed and he kept fighting. ( due to a bad trigger and state but since no AI this no longer happens)

to apply this patch simple redownload asura and overwrite the old one.

if you want AI you wont get it here as i made the cmd  non compatable with the patched version as you will see. so dont try to use the old on and slap it in the asura folder. lol
please continue with the feedback.

in the next set of goals i plan on fixing those cosmetic stuff like sparks amoung other things.

-also the stance was changed back to what was going to be release 1st and the flame effect disbaled until i can fix it.

- there was one picture of asura doing one of his kicks with the active frame having his leg up all the way. i have to make a brand new frame for this as if i change the properties the move will not connect. i will get a new copy of photoshop and get right on it. tomarrow.

understood but i would suggest just getting the patch to cover the really nagging issues. no more AI which was causing all the glitching.

now he is set for just players to try combos and find things i missed. feedback is the only way i can address the issues . i really need the positive input to get asura where he needs to be. (that doesnt mean its a get out of jail free card for those who are ready to burn me.)

well he would look cool he did not have no sleves like gouki and make him play the equely bsed so asura plays mor as gouki and rugal at the same time because in the video he did more of rugals moves and a little bit of gouki's moves. and have a glow around hime like oni does. his ai plays more like rugal then gouki you can fix that to. ;D

i will once the character is fixed all around then i will do the ai like that.

i was going to keep it quite but since you shed some light on it i am considering doing both sleeves like in the ending of cvs2. i will show some test sprites.

did you try the patched version with the changes? it makes a big differance since the AI triggers did alot of crap that a human couldnt go. wanted feedback on that one.
