Want to thank people that are ending me PMs for their support. Sitting in the hospital still waiting for my son to make a zany fighting game entrance into the world. I hope he has a special interaction animation with his father.

I notice that neither of my pin names are really baby friendly. First thought was Just No Baby but that would've totally sounded like horrible news. Then my next idea was The Babyslayer... Again, not good baby p.r.

Nurses say it won't be long now. So here's a thread to shower me with attention and maybe yell at gbk or something.

The food at this hospital's diner is quite cheap but very good. I totally got a Starbucks frappucinno(sp?) an egg, cheese, bacon, mushroom toasted sandwich and a side if hash browns for just barely over $4! I may come here for the food more often! They seem to charge way too much for the actual room though...

I intend to make sure he can replace Balthazar, Sean, diepod, etc for the next generation :D

Congratulations for the baby! Male or female?
Now now, we should wait till he's old enough to decide.

And thanks everyone. I would make more individualized replies but doing that on a smart phone would be hell! More like dumb phone amiright?!!!

Good luck with the kid, I had the oppurtunity to watch a baby sibling grow up when I was old enough to really understand it all. He's 7 now, time really will fly before you know it, cherish it man.

I wouldn't consider that a infinite since you have to make your opponent bounce of the wall and if you do it on the wrong side of the stage the stage interaction would activate.

Yeah, not out of the woods yet. Seems they will have to fly him to a specialty hospital because his size combined with being premature is affecting his breathing. Looks like we'll be driving to Little Rock (hour away) and staying in a hotel tonight. They're releasing my wife early so she can go. Guess prayer, best wishes, whatever you can give.  :(

I'll post pics when we're out of the woods.

Made it to the hotel. Dr called and said that the baby's doing much better. Should be unplugged from everything in around 24 hours. He still has to stay in ICU longer so his lungs can mature enough to sustain his big baby body.

Sleep time now. Thank you all :)

I also do not think it'd be premature to call him "the man" B)

I'm still stuck replying with my smartphone so I cannot give the full responses to everyone like I'd like to do. For now I'll just blanket update that they say he's doing very well. They are taking him off the breathing tube as I type. He still needs tubes going to his belly button. Once they remove the breathing tube he won't have to be sedated.

He may come home in a few days or up to 2 weeks. Just depends. They say its too early to say.

He's slowly getting better each day. No longer has a breathing tube going down his throat and just has 1 IV now in a hand instead of several lines attached to his belly button. He still has an oxygen line just going to his nose till his lungs are strong enough.

Me and my wife will be coming home today. Sam will have to stay an hour away. He could be there a week or 2. Hoping not. Once I get home and settled I'll post a larger update with pictures.

Hey everyone! Sorry for not being very active with updates. I just wanted to let everyone know that they called us Friday night and told us we had to stay the night at the hospital with him so they could make sure we knew how to change him, feed him, etc while they monitored him.

We finally left at 1pm Saturday. He got his 1st check up away from a Pediatrician Monday and the Doc said he was perfectly healthy! :)

So in short, yes, he's finally home!

I am always so torn when someone has an ugly baby and I'm forced to say nice things about the baby because they are a family member or a close friend. I have the freedom to say you have an ugly baby, Keith, but he's not, he's gorgeous. Congrats!
