It's long. It's Epic. It's not Action Packed. WHY SO SERIOUS? It has ugly ass Maggie Gyllenhall. It's long. It has the goddamn Batman in it. The Joker is a crazy person with nothing to lose. I believe in Harvey Dent, he kicks ass. It has plot-twists around every corner. Did I mention it's long?

I have mixed feelings about this movie. I enjoyed it, it's just that there's A LOT happening, and happening very fast. I was as confused as I was while watching Pirates of the Caribbean 3, just that it's not funny. It's just good old EPIC Obscure Batman, it's no Ironman.

If you liked Batman Begins, you will like this one. If you're like me, go watch it once in an IMAX theater, enjoy it and move on.

Absolutely the best movie to come out in several years.

I'm in love with the Joker. RIP Heath Ledger

Go see it. NOW.

The first like 20 minutes of the movie seemed random and pointless, but I suppose that was just building up suspense.

HOWEVER..

Once it was past all that, personally, I thought the movie was great. My standards for superhero/comic movies has raised immensely. I really loved this film.

And spoiler below..(Obviously)
Spoiler, click to toggle visibilty

This is probably the darkest comic book film I've ever seen... I didn't get the usual feeling of "Oh, good guy gets in trouble, girl gets kidnapped, bad guy gets beaten." Nah, when I was watching this, I actually had feelings like, "Wow, is Joker really gonna kill everyone? (Or something along those lines) Is Batman going to make it?" So yeah...great. Haha.

But I can understand why someone wouldn't like it I guess...

AND...

Watchmen looks awesome!

Yes! It was so good. I agree it was a little long a couple parts could have been shortened. Other than that incredible movie. I enjoyed the acting, plot, and the messages each characters were trying to convey. All future movies will need to live up to this.

Hahaha that sounds awesome, but I think nowadays its like a prerequisite if to have had a Codec ringtone at some point in order to consider yourself a true geek/nerd/gamer!

Also, on topic, I saw the movie again today! Can't wait until it comes out on Blu-Ray.

The film was amazing..... the best Batman film....so far IMO

The Joker was Insane......and Dent's face was so nasty.... it was awesome.. as usual Bale's performance was also fantastic.

My only gripe Would be Maggie Gyllenhaal......she's just so ugly........when Joker said she was beautiful.......I thought...now I know why they call him the joker

One of the best films of 2008

unlike most people in here i think it should have been longer..

i mean ive seen the 4 hour return of the king and i believe this movie should get something like that. two-face should have been on screen longer

oh and about the beginning, it felt like it wasn't needed but it shows what the jokers willing to do to get the money and yet he doesn't even need it!!!

Just saw The Dark Knight a couple nights ago. Movie was definitely awesome, epic, and action packed. A must-see.

Loved Heath Ledger's performance as the Joker, and it's definitely one of the darkest comic book adaption movies I've seen in a while.

Freaking Epic. Its just... its the type of movie that if some one comes up to you and asks how good it was, you just  pull on a small smile and say, "It was good" to keep your self from spoiling everything.

It hsould have been long er because the two face thing was rushed.
especially the coin flipping. It was awesome but it was like they were trying to fit 2 hours into 45 minutes.

Hey, he wasn't really rushed compared to certain other comic book movies.. --;

*Remembers Spider Man 3, Venom being done no justice whatsoever*

"HAI I'M VENOM LOL I JUST GOT DIS SUIT HEY SANDMAN LETS KILL HIM LOL. OH SHIT I'M DEAD NOW FUCK LOLROFL."

I think Two-Face was done quite well.

And I was happy Lucius Fox still will be working with the Wayne company (or so it would seem)

Maybe not Morgan Freeman flipped his car over yesterday and is in very serious condition.

This Batman movie is a little cursed if you ask me. Starting to look like the Crow watch out Christian the last thing we want to do is bring back George Clooney

Hope you get better Morgan.
