Here's a little something I've working on the past few daysI'm planning to add a little bit of King of Fighters system in, evasive rolls and CD-push attacks.Byakki is about 40% complete. Will keep you guys updated
- all basic attacks are added in- adding in voice clips- added demon summon ninja art- added demon claw summon ninja art- added chakram throw- working on basic combos- added evasive roll (King of Fighters)- going to add CD push attack (King of Fighters)- no hyper attacks as of yet- no intro- no win pose- 2 palletes so far
Yes, Sengoku 3. That game isn't as good as people say, but the characters are really cool!Will definitely accompany this!
Finally Sengoku 2001/3 chars with proper size!! Awesome, which zoom do you use for them?? (also looks awesome that Kagetsura, another WIP of yours??)
I see, they look great on MUGEN good luck with your WIPS, I'll be waiting both (Byakki and Kagetsura)
I know haven't posted in quite some time now, have some issues with the internet, still do..Heres a little update on Byakki. Along with some screenies Made a lot of changes recently-scrapped the King of Fighters system and added the NGBC system instead-using NGBC special spark and sounds-using original Sengoku 3 sparks and sounds-still 2 palletes-has one hyper move-lots of damage dampening-still working on voice, but nearly done with itByakki's combo system is a little hard to explain, but if I had to put it into simple terms.You can do every combo from Sengoku 3, but Byakki plays like any other fighter from Street Fighter or KofAll thats now left is 'mo palletes, 'mo voice, 'mo hyper moves

Looks pretty good. Where did you get the rips of these chars? Do you have Kurenai and the other female ninja with the fan? I forgot her name...
I think you might find those rips at spritedatabase(dot)net.And as for Kurenai, there is one avaliable made by Inverse. It's actually the most decent Sengoku 3 character made in my opinion. The "female ninja with the fan" Okuni i think, she has been made for Mugenm but it's a terrible character to say the least.

And I was really trying to give advice, not everything on this game (or any other game) was ripped, and Neo-Geo games are probably the easiest to rip.
Yet again, a late update lol. this is probably goingto be the last update I'm gonna make. The nexttime I post about Byakki is when he's going to bereleased.U-U-Update:-fully implemented NGBC fighting system-Evasive Roll replaced with Advancing Dash-CD Push attack replaced with grapple button-if Byakki successfully blocks an attack, hittingthe grapple button (y+b or c) will cause Byakki tosummon a wooden log and for explosions tooccur. Check Sengoku3 to see what I'm talkingabout.-since Byakki still has his Sengoku 3 combosystem, damage dampens by 10% to 30% onevery attack in the chain-Advancing Dash can be canceled into normalattacks and jumping (Just like in NGBC)-Advancing Dash will reset the damagedampening variable-running and dashing cannot be canceled into acrouch-I've finally made palletes Awww Yeeeah-The voice is completed-Special intro with KagetsuraThats about everything that I can recall I did sofar. Another reason for these updates being sodelayed is the fact that I've actually been workingon Kagetsura quite a bit (He's about 60%complete)I'm not sure if I should do a double release, andinclude Kagetsura along with Byakki though.Either way, shouldn't be long before Byakki isreleased.
I say work also in Kagetsura and made a double release instead also, can you show some more Kagetsura pics and advances?? I'm really interested in him, too
Just thought I should update you guys on the current situation.I set myself a deadline, Byakki will be released by 10 september. And concerning the double release, I would have liked to do it, but it ain't gona happen. However I'll try and release Kagetsura as soon as I can after Byakki
Lol, thanks for the concern Magma Dragoon.Update:I'm happy to announce that Byakki is finished, but won't be released until like later today or tomorrow or something. I'm doing some intensive testing to see if I've got everything working properly. Will keep y'all posted
