Retsu and West. West is in UMVC3, so why not? Retsu mostly because for a SF1 char, his design is actually kinda cool.
Voted Frank and Wesker. Both are in MVC3 so you get a good idea of their movesets as well as good sounds. Not to mention both are iconic characters.

I just wanted to let you guys know that if Wesker and/or Frank wins, they won't necessarily be based on their MVC3 incarnations. Frank will probably reflect that moveset more (or his TVC moveset), but I can tell you right now if I make Wesker he will most likely be in his Code Veronica outfit and have a custom moveset. Just wanted to be up front so you guys don't think they'll be straight conversions.
Everyone is still going to vote for them either way, so you might as well prematurely end the thread. Also, they probably wouldn't have been this wildly popular if you had Chuck Greene or Gene in there. Just saying.
Voted Claire and Roy because Wesker will get enough votes anyway so might as well choose Claire and Roy cause he is a cool guy.

Joe because a) everyone says Retsu, b) there was no Geki, and c) for some reason looking at Joe makes me think of Tyler Durden.Wesker because a) it's Wesker, b) there's a pressing need for a Mugen Wesker, and c) I would like to see a Mugen Wesker. If Wesker goes ahead, yes you said he would be more of a Code Veronica version than a MvC3 version, but will you at least retain DC Douglas' voice? Richard Waugh was dreadful.
Frank and Roy, just to avoid getting more of the regular games choices for capcom. Plus, would be really cool if you put in the game some other choices, like Arthur, Regina from Dino Crisis, Yellow Iris from Battle Circuit...

Claire and Frank. Claire because there's a Jill, Chris and Wesker out there in the wild world but I don't remember a MUGEN Claire and Frank because there just needs to be a MUGEN Frank. [on the plus side at least you do have things you can get reference from in fighter terms for Frank]

He never has a chance to appear in any game up until now.Joe, because he was originally about to be in Street Fighter Alpha 3 as a escaped convict until Capcom changed it's mind and replace him with Cody. This is his chance to appear in a fighting game for the first time since Street Fighter. It would be really interesting and cool to see you recreating these guys.Adon, Birdie, Eagle, Gen, Ken, Ryu and Sagat were recreated in the later games. It's their turn to recreated.

İ voted for Retsu and Joe. İ know all the others but, didnt played their Games as much as İ played Street Fighters.
This one really feels like a foregone conclusion. Wesker and Frank are so far ahead, it's ridiculous. I mean, third place (Claire) is 18 votes behind second place. I don't see any one catching up at this point.

I remember playing Rival Schools and looking at Batsu and Roy as Ryu and Ken. It would be great to see Roy sprited as a Mugen Character.And Claire is a no brainer. I'm curious to see how the polls end up.
To be perfectly honest, Frank and Wesker are untouchable at this point. They're just too far ahead for anyone to catch them at this rate.

Whoever voted Frank and Wesker as the highest votes due to the upcoming UMVC3, they wanted Sean to sprite them so that they would be easy to sprited from scratch starting from the screenshot to his style. UMVC3 must be the reason they voted for Wesker and Frank. 5 more days left and nobody has a chance to switch votes or vote besides the most voted (generally Wesker and Frank respectively). After the deadline, they win!
