Hello.

Overview

I've been working on this side project for a little while now, and I've finally decided to show it off. I've decided to put this here because I don't know if I'll actually code him or not.

Basically, this is a full sprite set of Ken using his "Dragon Ken" appearence originally created by Shammahalfa1. However it is in CVS style using Marancv's CvS Dragon Ken sprite as reference.

The sprites will be completely Color Seperated (thanks Jmorphman) and will be released open source when finished, regardless if I decide to make a char with them or not.

Now this I am really now looking forward to - looks awesome so far!
Will you also attempt to sprite his arm for the Super Desperation attack? (the move taken from K9999/Akira with the mutant arm).

Maybe you should try to add some movement to his pony tail? For example, it's kinda odd how most of his hair moves for that power charge animation but that part doesn't.

I'll edit the anim later and fix that.

Took a little bit longer to make this since I had to color seperate it myself. Btw, here's a sprite showing full color seperation.

Second Intro done.



While the Intro 2 sprites have been done, the entire anim uses some other sprites, which is why there are some unconverted sprites present.

Only one anim this update. I haven't done much since I've been playing Ultra Street Fighter 4 and focusing on my Sagat W.I.P.

Thanks man! I've completed around 90 out of 609 sprites. Once I finish those 609 or get close to finishing them, I'll be making some new sprite edits which will increase the total sprite count to around 650.

Hi, I congratulate you on your work, you just have to fine tune some details of some animations as the tuft of hair, animation stand, as it muve bad back.

If you get to finish all the animations, I take the commitment to program it myself.
How about ?.

I'll be on the lookout for a theme, it would be nice to end up first all the basic character animations, punches, kicks, jumps, running etc. etc.
And so in this way to program all the basics.

Yeah, I was planning to go over the animations and make the tuft more detailed. I'll make sure to fix it on the idle stance. It's awesome that you want to code Dragon Ken too. I'll focus more on the basic animations and stuffs. Thanks man and don't worry, your english is fine. ;)

Updated Dragon Ken's default Idle Stance with help from Alex Sinigaglia. Made the tuft animate more fluidly.
