PLEASE NOTE

I'm sorry for those who may not like him, but i used the sprites that were available to me. I CANNOT SPRITE EDIT....AT ALL!!!!!!  :'(. Therefore, please do not complain about his run, since that was all I could have use. There is no dash forward because there wasn't any sprites made for dashing forward.  :( The flames are not cvs2 but these were the best sprites IMO to use.

For the next few weeks I'll be helping out a friend who I promised to complete his character. You might not see any WIP for awhile, but I will say if possible I will bring twice as much characters ;D.

I'm serious. I look at through the coding, and nothing is really you. Maybe not even the .sff, either. You just took stuff from other creators and compiled it into one character without really doing anything yourself, except for changing a few numbers...etc. Nothing here is, "your work."

I'm sorry, didn't you read topic and the FIRST COMMENTS I STATED

1) I'm just a user, no creator, programmer (not yet) ;D, sprite editor
2) It is within edits & addons
3) I clearly stated the asked creators permission for sprites, code, etc.
4) I clearly used the creators' sprites, code, etc.
5) The feeling is still mutual  ;D and i mean by impressive :D

And yeah, when I get good enough, rest assure my original characters will be awesome ;D

I know all of that stuff. You still haven't answer my question, though. I mean, lots of newbies start off without making compilations. You already did others, and if anything was to be learned from you doing this, it would have been done from the others, right? And you say not yet, and that will stay," not yet," until you decide to really tackle things. I just said it's not impressive to me, just an opinion. I am trying to encourage you to try it out on your own, without the various copy-pastings, and at the same time express my dismay towards it, nothing more.  :)

Is it true what Rajaa says, but I still appreciate Banja works.
And when he will be ready, I am sure we will see an original creation from him.

Ok, this will be my last reply to this. IT IS IN EDITS AND ADD-ONS :S

Can I create my own char? yes
Can I create cvs2 char (grooves and everything)? no

I'm doing cvs2 edits. That is all. A Street Fighter or Kof char is simple. cvs2 chars (grooves and everything) is alot of hard work and is at a level I'm not nearly at. I'm now learning how to code for mugen my OWN way. Have you notice I started in December? DECEMBER. Four chars within 1 and a half month. I'm still a newbie.

Compare to the Captains Warusaki3, POTS, N64Mario, Fido, Byakko, Jesuszilla, etc, I'm just happy to be a 8th, 9th, 10th seat or whatever level you all put me at. I will learn my "Bankai" not the traditional way. Just look at Ichigo and Urahara, they turn out just fine. ;D

Also, I didn't simply copy and paste.  :'(

Nice one, I didn't test yet but if you need I made a pallete pack for N64 Mario fei long that try to mimics the ''CvS style''.
I can search for it and send to you, was made in a .sff of Fei Long that I edited.
I will test later and give you some feedback.

Anyways, I so far noticed that when he does the Rekku Kyaku (HCB + K) and the opponent blocks, cvs sparks are not there, instead they are the alpha sparks (I think)

Plus, concerning the forward dash, if you wanted a quick fix take note from Waru's Karin. Her front dash is simply her standing jumping sprites sped up. You could do the same thing with Fei Long.

Two things that I've found:

* When he performs his Ryu Shin Yassai, it's supposed to be 8 hits. However, I noticed that the 3rd hit goes through the opponent, therefore making it a 7 hit super move.

* Fei-Long doesn't have a forward dash in C-Groove.

Oh, shucks. I completely forgot. ;D

What I thought could have worked well for Fei Long's dash was to have him perform his backward dash forward as a mirror image.

Most CvS characters tend to have the same sprite action for their forward and backward dash.

At least from Bajan works, now we can taste the cvs style of Fei-Long, Deejay, and T.Hawk. And they were really fast release, man.

Nice release, some feedback:
Sometimes when fei-long are the P2, some moves against him don't hit his collision boxes, that happened when fei-long are to close of P1 and when the move has a good range and finishing hitting the oponent but don't hit fei-long.

CVS Fei Long review from me :

Back throw is always miss, especially when the opponent jump at you in the corner.

Yes, you can mirror his back dash animation for forward dash just for temporary time until you get the right dash forward animation.

His level 3 qcb x2 punch super should be Ryuu Shin Yassai (Ryuu Yassai from a distance in SFA3) and his level 2 & 1 super is Ryuu Yassai.

His jump forward strong kick animation is SSF2 version (old version and same animation with Rekkukyaku). In SSF2T version, Fei Long use his jump strong kick animation. It would be great if you change it with his dragon kick animation from the ending of his super Ryuu Yassai animation because it is more like him in SF4 version. ^_^

Another feedback from me:

All of your characters do too much damage on throwing especially kick throw. If we compare them with warusaki's chars, it will show the difference.

That is bad for cvs gameplay balance.

Sorry guys/gals for not posting for awhile :(

Well...semester at university started again :'( and that is taking up ALOT of my time.

However, in my next release, all of fei-long and dee-jay bugs will be addressed.
