Heh.  Reminds me of Bullet Philharmonic Orchestra:)
Anyway, "Symphony Orchestra" = Hibiki.  (Hibiki's given name literally translates to "reverberate", and the kanji used also appears within the word for "symphony".)  The sentence in question should have been translated as "Ken and Hibiki were updated."

I haven't tried out the updates yet, but I wouldn't assume that "AI modified" = "AI made more difficult".  GM and P.o.t.S. have both provided counterexamples to that, to name a couple.
(Or does the rest of that first paragraph state that they have been made more difficult?  I haven't bothered manually translating that bit.)

Ken and Hibiki were updated again, along with Ryu this time.

Hibiki got a new palette.

Hibiki's AI still likes to make use of Training Mode's infinite power to launch a nigh infinite combo.  But other than that, I find all three (er, five (no, 35)) characters fun to play against now.  Not too difficult, not too easy, in my opinion.

For Warusaki3:

Cvsken.cmd still needs "trigger11 = NumTarget" added here:

just to know....is there a way to post any comment (that warusaki can see? No point in doing it if can't be a discussion with the creator.... --;) chars are really good, the only thing I hope to see in them is more supers.....regarding the char that could have them. I mean chars who have other supers in other games that are not included in cvs2, like ryu's denjin hadouken, gouki's tenma gou rasen and so on. Didn't mean to talk about non-existing supers....by the way, fantastic chars, as always, I hope to see as more chars as possible converted to the Warusaki way!!  :sugoi: :sugoi:

Hibiki and Gouki always have First Attack message even if opponent hits first (I don't know if this new Hibiki has that already fixed, though).

is it possible that i only copy the ai code from the cmd of the updated chars to my old warusaki chars? or is there also stuff from the ai updated in the cns?

cause i have modified all my warusaki chars extremely and i dont want to do that again.

Warusaki3 puts his AI directives in both charname.cmd and charname.cns, sorry.  I'd recommend using a tool such as WinMerge, TkDiff, or KDiff3 to merge your own modifications with Warusaki3's updated code.  (If you choose KDiff3 to use, do note that it often gets confused by Japanese characters, falsely reporting a difference where there is none.)

He updated them once again today, and Hayato received an update.



The patch was also updated. However, the patch does not include Hayato so you must re-download him.

By the way Waru if you read this, never thought to add special intros between vega/bison - gouki, god rugal - gouki? Just to avoid nonsense things like gouki that kills vega vs vega and so on.  :P

yeah but it should be better than that, it lacks ex-groove as well as some special intros (vs vega for example....try to put him against waru's vega and you will see vega performing his part of the special intro while iori does...uh...nothing  :P) and a bunch of other things.
