alright how the HELL did you get this, and why isn't it in the found releases? This isn't your character , its made by scar over at infinity. Could have at least changed the author name in the DEF file if your trying to steal somebody's character. (end rant)
Perhaps scar gave him permission to since I see no other way that he could have obtained this char. Someone should notify a mod either way.

i have cyber ken my roommate made i found one sprite before this one was made now i know thats not enuff to make a good character however the rest he drew the rest the one i have was able to shoot a lazer out of his eye just like kano the rest is a combo of cyber akuma and ken

dude the character is really good though i wished ken should have looked a little different because he looks exactly alike to akuma, i mean he doesnt nececcarily need a big cyborg arm, the arm could be the same shape as his normal arm but metal and no metal cletes
