could be a problem with the screenpack, because it works fine for me. but ill check. if its practice mode i disabled it since it was buggyclones were happening and such

This character is pretty funny. Yeah, that's what it would be like to fight Dr. Manhattan alright. He'd either blow you apart instantly, or more likely just leave.

Hmm I got the same glitch too in practice mode I put Manhattan vs Manhattan and the one I'm fighting with just floats in the air and the one I'm controling freezes in his stance and if you wait alittle longer both Manhattans are standing right next to alot of dead bodys on a sidewalk

Probably a bug, he is supposed to blow up the enemy or walk out ( if he is unable to blow up the enemy) an example on the art of apathy. well i dont exactly have a way to test out all the different screenpacks but ill see what i can do, since ive had at least five people not including myself give the ok on it working for their screenpacks, ill just increase the time it takes then i guess, since the only thing thats freezing it is skipping the intro and mugen thinking that it already went through the state first (dunno why) so increasing the time it takes to react should fix things on other screenpacks.

I'm sick of everyone calling me a goddamn leech. And Sean, Laxxe does hurt people over his false accusations of child porn distribution. And while, yes, he is ranting about an off topic issue, the point still stands that this is a buggy, half- arsed character. I don't think you're in any position to claim you contribute with half your releases being in similar states.
The only reason he is buggy is a timing issue with the screenpacks round intro timer, and i cant make him accustom to each screenpack. at least i can claim i can contribute recently, especially because I help people out with various code bits, as well as the fact Ive been working on the Shades stuff with sean and the others. To me it was implied that he was talking about his site

Dr. Manhattan has no need to put his arms up, except maybe to obliterate you. Doesn't Urien have some pose where he's just standing with his arms down? I would use those for his stance instead of the current ones. I would use more voice samples, too; one is not enough to keep it interesting. IMO the background with the dead bodies should be more over the top.Decent joke-char-WIP.

I'm not sure that is possible. Dr doesn't even need moves so there really isn't much he can add/change.
