Why do people still insist that Shungokusatsu is cool? Fuck, use Misogi for once. Gouki never destroyed a fucking mountain with Shungokusatsu.

Kongo Kokuretsu Zan is the name of the move.

Xiaoyen, Tetsu/Silent Storm, Kasugano, Nameless One have Misogi (nameless one actually transforms into Gouki)

Seriously, try a move where evil/whateverthehellyouwanttocallhim stabs the opponent, rasies him into the air, and do evil skulls (like god rugal)
That is one move that we could have more of in mugen characters.

Here's a better one.
Have hiryu do a dash, connect with the opponent, and like violent ken, do a series of attacks, then do sword uppercut that has the evil skulls (I love the evil skulls ^^)

Try that instead of the damn raging dicks move, k?

Evil doesn't necessarily = SGS IINM Akuma/Gouki isn't evil he is just unburdened by certain things allowing him full access to deadly arts without conscience.

TC if you only want your "evil" Hiryu to have SGS because it is an "evil" move and all evil characters must stereotypically have it then you may want to reconsider a different move to show off the evilness.

Otherwise have at it yes people are a little tired of the move right now but if it fits your vision of this character then all the power to you. Create for yourself. This community will help and guide you along the way with the implementation but when it comes to the design and moveset...the power is yours.

This is how I rock...!

The way I see it, you should create a move where it's not exactly the SGS, but create something that's near to the effect. As stated earlier, perhaps start off with a dash, give Hiryu a pose where he readies his blade, disappears, have an OMGWTFBBQ ammount of slash hitsparks appear on the screen, and have Hiryu reappear on the other side of the character in a "finishing pose" of some sort. And you don't even have to add evil skulls, or make the screen go black or whatever. That way, it won't seem like it's an "evil move", and it will seem like the move is emphasizing on his speed, rather than his "evilness".
