Are you sure the link to the image is correct? Are you hosting it on an image hosting site or linking to it from your computer?

I first tried posting it off my computer from My Pictures off my computer as a JPEG no luck so then i decided to view the picture on the Internet Explorer thinking that might work...no deal there so i guess i'll google one...

well i can post a normal Felicia pic off the web but this is a Vampire Saviour, who's i gotta say very nicely done....Moku put 99000 bars on her but i played as her it doesn't seem that she needs THAT much so im guessing it was a small typo.

Sadly i've not tried the others but most are old anyways and knowing how many mugenites love Felicia i figured *eh maybe someones gonna like it i do*

That's not a typo. In Vampire Savior you can get up to 99 stocks of super bar which would be 99000 in MUGEN

He seems to also have a gallon, will try both.
They feel nice, a bit too fast on their stances, but nice, felicia is missing her secondary throw and seems to carry her own lifebar, which is odd.
I dunno why they have their game of origin floating over the intro, it doesnt seem to be able to select which version they are in.

She feels a bit awkward to use. She's got this mechanic where she can stand on her opponent's head, and she'll end up doing that or bounce on their head when I try to attack a cornered opponent from the air.

Finally I could test her. I say this is one of the best Felicia I played, very faithful to DS series and the 99 powerbars is an idea I never expected someone could apply on MUGEN (I was thinking about it when I'm making Bishamon, I guess it could work after all). Yeah, I recommend her, as well his Gallon/Jon Talbain ;)

As I know, she does that in DS games, I never thought this can be done in MUGEN, it's very fun to say in opponent's head :D

yeah, I also supposed that it can be choosed the game mode you want to play, but I couldn't make it work, maybe it's a bug

No, I wasn't joking, I was pretty serious about it. The fact it has more power levels doesn't mean it fullfills quickly, to the contrary. And I didn't say about making it for real for my Bishamon, I said I thought in that idea, too

I tried this Felicia for myself and it is indeed fucked up.  She can guard cancel out of normal hitstun (as can his Talbain) and I don't agree at all with passive health restoration, that should only be used for a Darkstalker fullgame trying to emulate the system.

Felicia was updated March 24th *how did i miss that???* gonna get her and see what's been added/fixed.

-Has all her throws
-Cannot Guard cancel out of normal's every given time but still does it with cost of a hyper bar.
-Updated AI *she seems less spammy with her helper now and won't counter kick you on everything you do lol*

seems so also noticed that everything is properly aligned now too *sprite wise*  been trying to fight her and i whooped her with Tetsu..but dam i need to figure out how to use Sol more properly or get a controller because this keyboard is a nuisance. With big fingers like mine on this small thing i keep hitting the Windows Logo button wish i COULD disable it but it won't let me....

dash j.MP infinite because of no dash recovery frames. At a glance I see lots of other problems, no clue if this is supposed to be accurate.
