I noticed that too, it´s a common mistake I used to do often myself.
This way it looks as if it was glued to the body between his backneck-muscle and his chest muslce, when in fact, because it´s a strap, it would be straight and a little in the air between chest and backneck-muscle.
Everything and everyone else looks really great though! :)

Actually, it's better he used the outfit from Final Fight, as these sprites are based off Final Fight, rather than SFA.

Original stage also has cats, I think it was another straight out homage to Bruce Lee.

I think Bison and Seth are out of the others' style (Viper and Gouken too, somewhat), but dunno if you even mean to have a consistent style on them. Either way great stuff.
