How to get yuor Ip unbanned?

Okay I want to start making fangames but I can't because my ip is banned from SPRITERS RESOURCE AND MFGG!! :thumbsdown: :wall: :pwnonk: >:(
Which are the 2 websites that you NEED to get sprites from!! I do not know why my ip was banned. Can someone tell me why?

I wouldn't consider that a infinite since you have to make your opponent bounce of the wall and if you do it on the wrong side of the stage the stage interaction would activate.

1. There are many more sprite sites out there,
2. You don't "NEED THEM REALLY BAD".
3. You probably did something that got you IP banned.
4. Why so many smileys?
5. I need to get sprites? Wtf?

Or somebody else did something bad and they just happen to have a similar IP. Or he was using a proxy.
So either contact the admin and give him your IP if possible, or use a proxy site.

How? I don't know how to contact the admins, since im even banned from the forums, (though i never went to the forums)
I mean the reason is probaly I was amking an RPg and I went to spriters resource and I got alot of sprites from there.
Since my family owns the pc, we have 3 account one of is mine. I asked my dad, who owns the pc if MY account can get a new IP, he said no.

Skullman i PROMISE you, you have nothing to worry about. the FBI has way more other crimes that they are concerned about. to be honest they probably wouldn't even care. you know how many people it is that brag on youtube about how to hack into msn accounts, how to hack forums, use spambots,credit card scams etc. basically stuff thats way worse than what you trying to do and none of those people have been locked up. they have forums talking about hacking(which is illegal) and none of those people is in jail and the forums hasn't even been shut down.

July 17, 2007, Bush signed an executive order that contained these words...

Sec. 4. For those persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, I find that, because of the ability to transfer funds or other assets instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to be taken pursuant to this order would render these measures ineffectual. The 4th Amendment says

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

And in this section we see that the US government has the right to snag someones property without due process  if the government determines that in some way a person is undermining efforts to promote economic reconstruction and political reform in Iraq.  ( Could this also include speaking out in a forum against the US involvement in Iraq? Maybe....  the language on that is pretty vague. You think the FBI doesnt have bots monitoring everything you say online?  Yeah, right.)

Section 1. "nor be deprived of property without due process"  see that part?

The constitution isnt like the Bible with as many translations and interpretations as there are sects and cults and denominations.  We can all read it the way it was written.  It was written that way to protect us from our government.  Those are our rights guaranteed by law.  Or they were.  Bush stole them and we'll never get them back.  So you can no longer count on our Bill of Rights to protect privacy.

where I am right now, the only thing that the law can prosecute is child porn, other than that, the law says something like, if you download something, and you use it personally, and for no one else, no problem...so, proxies are even non existent to the law...and not a problem...
