Out of all these, I wonder how someone is one of them. Unfortunately, I dont think there's a thread on how does a person becomes a Contributor, Donator, etc. I want to see what its like to be them.  ::)

Mugen-Infantry explained this on one thread. I hope I understand the meanings of them.

I just want to know how.

Isn't it obvious. You have to blow Iced or Titiln and depending on how good of a job you have done, you get a star.

Or maybe you go to the "INFORMATION" section.

Contributors are nominated in a thread somewhere. One of the sticked ones. Those are sticky for a reason.

To be a mod, you have to be able to argue with quality, have thick skin, and be known by the Admins as not an ass hat. Oh..... And if you ever ask for the job..... You will never get it.

To be an admin, you have to be trusted.

To be donor, you have to give money to Val.

To be Nunor you have to start a forum and then never return to it.

To be a super user you have to have caught the eye of staff members who are board to death.

To be banned, you have to ask such obvious questions that the staff will become convinced you are trolling.

A troll usually spends time thinking about stupid questions in order to have some sort of flamewar. hurricane2s' questions are so genuinely stupid they really look like they weren't asked in order to create some fight (how would they, we're just laughing...), but are just asked because the poster really doesn't know the answer.

However, the number of stupid questions he has asked since he's joined the forum (no, I'm not doing a compilation!!!) make me wonder about his intellectual capacities and/or his age.

Hurricane, you just have to lurk around here some more. Take a good look around this forum for any kind of info you're looking for. You should also try and guess which board or thread surely has the information you're looking for.

You must always search as much as you can before asking questions. You'd be quite surprised how many questions you can answer yourself. And with that in mind, you must save the asking as a last resort (Desperation Move, if you will).

So long as you search vigorously and see which places will give you what, you can hold the asking for more complex things, such as a snag in your coding or whatever.

Correct me if I'm wrong, Cybaster, but did you ever tell him to look around here more cautiously the last time he asked something simple? Because that could have solved this mess and not a lot of folks here would have had to whip out their dicks on a guy who had yet to learn to look more carefully in this forum.

Second this. The "where can I download games for free" topic was perfect proof of that. He just refused to understand that he was talking about piracy and wouldn't listen to the mods asking him to knock it off, instead throwing insults at Iced. :-\ He was banned, came back and did the same exact thing again. Continued to ask for the game, continued to be asked to stop, continued to insult Iced.

Hurricane has been around long enough to know better than this. It really seems like he doesn't learn anything from anyone or any of his experiences.

What I mean is that if you or someone else told hurricane2s to lurk more around here, he would have learned long ago to keep doing that before asking any questions. Also, I do look like I'm defending the fuck out of this guy, but I'm really trying to get the sudden lashing at some dudes who don't know any better. I've seen the kind of responses that the uninformed get around here, and it always seems like this community is shaky as hell over their questions. Yes I get that it gets annoying quickly, but there's really no need to lose your temper over something tiny like a member asking for something. You can say the same thing without the rage.

But now that I see hurricane2s has been around and seldom changing, I'm thinking of just getting away from this one. But don't think the members are always right in how they respond to the ignorant. The internet does a number on our patience, judging from what I see around this place.
