HOW DO I MAKE SPRITES COMPATIBLE WITH FIGHTER FACTORY???!!! >:( ???

Because fighter factory authorizes you to add them, but they're not compatible with Mugen anyway.

Please use pcx files.

FF does actually let you add them and it converts them to pcx so they work in mugen. But it fucks you over anyway because it's all a bit glitchy. You get sprite and pallete issues. Go the long way. It always works and you only need to learn it once.

me got idea! download irfanview. run it and press "b" on the keyboard, enable advanced options, and set it up to convert your sprites into 256 color pcx images. then use the palette editor on FF to make the sprites use the pallete you want to use. it worked for me  ;D check my sig for the result!  ;P

ok, i see the thingy thats says PCX, is that the same as 256 color pcx?

well, not really. you need to set it up as 256 colors. check the advanced options box and click on the button. there should be a 256 colors bullet there.

just another suggestion, u can cut ur sprites in paint and then google "bmp to pcx converter"
