INFO- I wanted to do a Hiryu that was more about the ability's of Hiryu and less about his striker/assist that he has. SO I added new moves, sounds, and effects to Splode's Hiryu, AND I also redcoded many things in him.

You kno what, you have no life. Wanna kno why, your in freakin practice mode silly! Of course your gonna still be able to do the move over and over, hell, you can do any of them as many times as you want...... You can't keep doin that in a real fight and even if you did the max is 3 times..... And its a level one hyper and he has a max of 3 so what you choose to do with your power level is up to you.

Not to mention, you downloaded the character, only to make a video on youtube to bash it. WTF..... I mean dude if you thought it had a bug all you had to do was post on it instead of coming off like a smart ass and making a video just to come off humorous.....

It really pisses me off when I see someone just trash talking just cuz.... And what also pisses me off is that you would disrespect IMT as a whole when they haven't done anything to you. And also the fact that IMT and IFF are 2 different forums and yet..Remember, the site that you actually had to go to to download the character.... Last time I checked it wasn't IMT it was IFF (Infinite Fighting Forum)

Exact reason why contributors of mugen have quit, cus their sick of the drama that comes along with it sometimes.

lol shitstorm out of nowhere...

anyway, i like the effects but... not fan of the coding. it's a bit weird. He feels very heavy, like he was a 300 kilos machine.
Running forward is very slow especially for a ninja.

i have the 2003 version of Splode's strider and i still use him despite all the other striders i have tested so far.

It's just matter of taste I guess but thank you for your work on this version still. I didn't know you had character coding knowledge.  ;)

Max Beta pointed out that the scaling was horrible to him, that's his right. If I go releasing a character with a scaling of 0.5,17 instead of 1,1, giving fucked up results, people have the right to comment on it.
Of course MaxBeta can fix it by himself, but it doesn't change the fact that what the author did is horrible to him, and he has the right to say it without some random dude jumping his ass because "OMG somebody critiqued his favorite creator whom he sucks the dick every day and night".

With this kind of attitude, one can release a character with 1000 bugs and glaring issues, and some random white knight will just come and say "it's easy to fix : you fix the code for each problem and watch the magic of bugless char." WTF !

And about the video : chaining 3 Level 1 supers which are identical, with absolutely no need for any timing and very few damage dampener is BAAAAAADDDDD !!!!!
The problem is not that he's in training mode and that he can do it infinitely (NO SHIT SHERLOCK, YOU GUYS ARE GENIUSES !!!), it's the fact that he can spam the same attack 3 times for massive damage.
POTS' Shin Gouki has this kind of infinites in training mode, but guess what : he has a damage dampener and can't chain twice the same Lv1 super, as you have to alternate between them.

You do realize that he has dampering in him right? Its in his -2 statedef.... But anyway, you got it....

Feedback.

-Some animations are either wrong, look jittery, or are too fast/slow. Point in case; Your Strider's Standing LK has a 2-frame startup, and I'm sure it wasn't that fast in the original game. Another one; Strider's animation when he stops running (101). Animelem 3 is wrong.

-Landing state's (52) animation is extremely long. 16 frames for a landing animation is too much.

-Not a big fan of how you handled his dash/run. Seems Strider doesn't have any momentum at the start of the dash, because he should have. Strider has always had great mobility. He doesn't have it here.

-Throw is mis-aligned;

-At times,  I can't double jump from his super jump. You'll have to hard code the double jump if you want to jump consistently from a super jump, because Mugen gets confused.

-Pretty sure that walking animation is mis-aligned. Look at Syn's Strider for reference.

-HP/HK versions of Gram go full-screen. And have quick recovery. Ugh.

-Nice job coding his QCF+KK super. Any time the opponent is in blockstun, if I perform the super, it's unblockable! Hell, it's unblockable up close!

That's all I'll do for now. You should probably use another Strider as a reference.

Some feedback after a quick test:

1) Color's problem on mini portrait

2) Animation on continue screen turns in loop

3)His ground "Excalibur High" with lp is maybe too high if he doesn't hit enemy

4)Cypher Crash- 560 dmg
   Ragnarok- 500 dmg
   Super Ragnarok- 434 dmg

Maybe change damages between "cyber crrash" & "super ragnarok"

No, he has a damage dampener system. You can do some insane infinites in practice mode but those are not possible in a real fight mode unless you have infinite power gauges. I did this on purpose, for comboing reasons during actual gameplay. If you don't want him to combo as much, you can add juggle=12, or a higher number to the last statedef of the super moves which contains an attack, also you can lower the comboing by changing the super moves Hitdef's hitflag from Hitflag=MAFD to Hitflag=MAF, taking the D out will get rid of the ability to hit a downed opponent.
