Yea I know it's been a awhile  :) , would have uploaded on M.I but having troubles uploading, anyway, he's finally here another Beta >_> , it's been so long now thought now's a good time, in the readme is a few known issues I have to resolve, still have to do edits, and tighten him up some more but he should be playerble and hopefully fun to, chad update scheduled next week with alot of fixes from Ichigo like the repeated double jumps and stuff, so hopefully this will be a better base, anyway on with the download, old vid, wasn't to bothered to make a new 1  :P

The reason why the Bankai lacks sprites is because it was a slam in your opponents face and kill before time runs out move.

You had a limited amount of time to attack and half of it you were comboing into  the Getsuga Tensho.

So they only made one stance sprite and running sprites.

If the third editon ever comes out they might change it who knows.  :ninja:

The 3rd game is an SRPG, and just Sega is making it, not Treasure. They're using BDS 1st and 2nd sprites though, so they might make a few new ones for Bankai Ichigo. We just have to hope Treasure gets back on board for BDS 4th... if there is one.

This is a good character you just need to change some sprites.

When in bankai mode and you duck, you look like normal ichigo and not bankai ichigo. It's the same for various other movements as well.

But hey, like you said, this is a beta, so I can't judge it. Looking forward to the final edition of it.  :thumbsup:

This character is not bad at all, even though I don't like the gameplay really much (personal taste)

- HCB+a/b/x is really slow when Ichigo charges.
- Blue special D seems to work only with button x.
- Ichigo pauses really too long at the end of red special A.
- Why can't Ichigo walk during Bankai ? So that we have to rely on dash ?
- Close B doesn't touch the opponent in Bankai mode.
- He's lacking some sprites when he gets thrown.
- Complete invincibility in Bankai mode ? WTF! Since it costs 3000 power, I can understand a huge speed, attack and/or defense boost, but invincibility is just broken.
- He takes a bit too long to transform in Bankai mode IMO, but the anim is quite nice. Maybe making it faster would make it less boring.
- IMO, it would have been a bit more logicla to use a,b,c as light, medium and strong attacks, and x or z as flash step, but it's your choice.
- You may want to try using a reverse animation for walk backwards. I find it silly the he turns his back to the ennemy when walking backwards.

What are you planning for blue special E and red special B ? Are you also planing a Hollow mode ?

Thanks for the feedback, yea currently doing fixes and what not and I'll add all your suggestions to the list, fixed the walkback, currently making a shortcut for the bankai anim among other stuff, he can't walk or anything in bankai because I based that on the DS counterpart, and basically their aint enough sprites to go round plus i'm not editor  :P , hollow mode was a consideration, but now i'm not to sure since i'm putting a limiter on bankai, oh and by the way link fixed, we had a slight problem  ;)

i havent tested it yet (only seen the video =P)
but this ichigo seems really good the only thing i really didnt like was that thatsuper getsuga tenshou that looked like energy bursts coming out of the ground, other than that it just plain rox

This Ichigo is actually pretty good. You already stated the Bankai problems.
But there is another problem : the effect on sword when attacking (you know, this effect which makes it look dynamic). They are like totally horrible. Which sheet did you use ? Neimad's ? Because this effect look totally plain in this character.
Something else, the Getsuga Tenshou (red special) : it doesn't really look like a Getsuga Tenshou. Personally I like it, it's original. But I think Bleach true fans won't like it :S...
Turning to Bankai takes a long while... I dunno if my MUGEN slowed down or not, but it took a while to show all those Ichigo faces and then turn Bankai >_<...

I didn't try him in Debug mode for now. I'll do that later :S...

Need some work on the sword fx, besides shouldn't Getsuga Tenshou have a dark (black) color effect? Just asking.

I never got how to make those work >_<

I was only able to make .zip work since they're in a folder and they have all the data...

Can someone tell me how to make it work?  Because putting the file in a folder and then entering the folder in my Data file never seems to work...

EDIT :  I feel stupid...

I downloaded winRAR and now it works fine ^_^  Thanks!

Just giving a review, not complaining, can't complain since it's not finished and even so it's still my favorite character in my whole damn selection xD LOL

Um, let's see, Bankai Ichigo is the biggest thing here.
Some of the sprites like crouching, most jumping slashes and some crouching slashes, they're missing.  You turn back and forth from shikai to bankai.
Can't walk, but w/e that's been mentioned countless times by now.
Bankai Ichigo needs a winning stance, the one you're in when you first turn bankai would be fine.  Maybe have Ichigo say something at the end of the battle?  That would be nice too...
Takes long to turn into Bankai.  Don't take out the animation because it's badass, but maybe make it so that we can skip it if we press any button.
Invincibility in Bankai is TOO badass xD Might have to fix it, maybe give him a HIGH defense, but still let him get damaged.  Or maybe a time limit for Bankai.  Although even 10 seconds in Bankai would be enough to finish anyone off ^_^  I have no complaints with that though... Bankai is a beast...

Normal Ichigo.
I think the only problems there were a small amount of sprites are missing, mainly on falling sequence.
Let's see... I guess that's about it, I mean you fixed the slash animations so that's awsome.

And everything but Shunpo doesn't take any energy.  Might have to change that too xD.


I guess that's it for my review ^_^  Overall, this character is SWEET! My fave so far as I said before.
Can't wait till he's complete! Keep up the good work!  :sugoi:

No, it's just I joined there a few weeks ago, but forgot the link, now I feel dumb for forgetting it.

But this character is good.  Main probelm is no walking in Bankai, and a few sprites missing (Ichigo goes Shikai when crouching in Bankai)

Oh yeah... one more thing... this is gonna need more pallets. At least 3 more of them.

I was happy, it wasn't until yesterday that I realized Bankai had 2 skills.
I was messing around with Airborne combos and tried to do the "Slash up slash down" skill, and he just did a lot of slashes in the air, I was like "O_o kickass"

I don't really get what QCF, HCB, FQCF, and all those stuff really mean... so I've been trying to unlock the skills on my own.

I got down so far.
Zangetsu Slash ((I called it that because he says Zangetsu before he uses it)) Down+Forward+A B or X
Slash Up Slash Down ((Can be used in the air too, except when in Bankai)) Not so sure about this one but I think it's Forward+Down+Forward+Down+A B or X
Getsuga Tenshou - Down+Forward+Down+Forward+A B or X
Bankai Zangetsu Slash ((Same as Zangetsu slash just in Bankai))
Bankai Slashes ((Same combo as Slash Up Slash Down just in Bankai and only in the air))

I also got this skill that Ichigo dashes at the enemy and slashes him a couple of times... but I don't really know how to do it, he just does it randomly sometimes for me.

And I'm not sure but this version doesn't have the Dark Getsuga Tenshou yet does it? ((Getsuga Tenshou on Bankai))

Well either way, so far I'm loving this character

QCF = Quarter Circle Forward = Down, Down+Forward, Forward
HCB = Half Circle Back = Forward, Down, Back

Sorry, didn't mean to be so rude but I just feel that you really shouldn't complain about what kind of characters people make.  It is their choice even though it does suck that alot of chibis are released of cool characters.  I've tried Chad out and hes pretty good too.  Not quite as good as this Ichigo but hes worth downloading if your a fan of Bleach.

I'm no dude, it's just every ichigo someone makes it's always a small chibi one and the was time  i heard someone making a big ichigo was the one that was from this guy and it turn out it to be  stolen.


Sorry, didn't mean to be so rude but I just feel that you really shouldn't complain about what kind of characters people make.  It is their choice even though it does suck that alot of chibis are released of cool characters.  I've tried Chad out and hes pretty good too.  Not quite as good as this Ichigo but hes worth downloading if your a fan of Bleach. 






I understand. Does ichigo have a mega move were he turns into that demon skeleton thing cause that would be awsome since the same guy that made ichigo and chado, does anyone know if his thinking about making anyone else like Orihime?.
