LOLHERE'S THE THING about this, rage rock was craziness, Scrub Ken was all kinds of funny shit from palettes to badness but all this really has is the VanDamme portrait? Is there anything else to it that I'm missing :/
Its General Guilealso it does have some diff SND sounds...but thats it, nothing special except for that sexy Van Damme portrait

lol, if u were going to change the sounds anwyay why couldn't u use the SF USA Cartoon Guile voice for "Flash Kick" since one of the moves is based on the projectile attack from the show.Still, I got a good laugh at this.
