well if it plays like silent storm/tetsu then i guess i cant go wrong by trying him out. yea yea ikr not him (the sprites r but not the character its self). i will try him out and give a comment once i played enough with him
just tried him out and can see why u call this is a joke character. plays just like silent storm /tetsu but worse. i definately deleted him from my mugen & hardrive. the whole point of joke characters is to make u kinda laugh but this seemed to serious of an attempt to be called a joke.

actually u never mentioned what he plays like. im telling u how he plays like hence me saying he plays like silent storm/tetsu but worse. its like me saying u made an character that plays exactly like the original material but still messed up horribly & not original. there does that clear it up for u?

yea i can sure. after shadow thing while walking. personally it should have been used in like a special throw intsead of just walking. it makes no sense to have it while ur walking. also no read me comes with it ( at least i remember when i downloaded it that it didnt come with one). another thing is the double fireball thing doesnt always hit ( ie usually just goes thru the characters) plus i think the double fireball thing should have been kinda like an ex move as apposed to say the mp version of the fireball same goes with air fireball. i mean the moves r kinda easy to pull off which isnt bad. the hit sparks im unsure about not saying they dont look good it just seems kinda like a generic thing to me. if i think of anything else i will let u kno

updated 6/4/10-fixed/recoded "deadly rave" move so it's less glitchy-fixed/recoded D,DB,B X+Y so it's less glitchy-fixed sounds-changed some cns
