sounds good to me  :) but I really hope they will released a Marvel vs Series Anthology which consist of Xmen vs Street Fighter, Marvel vs Street Fighter, Marvel vs Capcom and Marvel vs Capcom 2 for PS2 then it would rocks  :juggle:

Their 3D and 2.5D games look to be great, but it's sad that if this does happen we already know it'll be the same as Tatsunoko's graphics. =[ Wish it could just be pure 2D and in HD; they should just switch up from time to time, not just stick to 3D from now on (which it seems like they're doing now).

I wouldn't be so sure about that.  Redesigning 500-plus sprites for a 2D character is a lot more daunting a task than changing one 3D character model.  With the switch to 3D, it becomes a lot easier to give Morrigan an updated look than before.

Ehhhh.....the only truly fair fight possible in any fighting game, ever, would be two players with the exact same skill level picking the same exact characters.

Since we're having fun giving our opinions/wishlists on possible characters.....

I'd say I want to see

--CAPCOM--

-Anyone from Godhand... Gene, the Power Rangers midgets, the fucking fat demon known as Elvis. ANYONE!!

-Dante or Nero. DMC is huge enough..plus Jedah's ending in CFE gave us all chills, amirite?

-Megaman X, or perhaps Magma Dragoon. Yes..I suggested Magma freakin' Dragoon!

-Blodia (any version) from Cyberbots. So it can step on you for an instant KO. You lose. No continues.

-Devilot, also from Cyberbots. I'm really curious to see her fight.

-Zak and Wiki... because they're cute assholes that would make you whine like a bitch everytime you lost to them.

-Any of the Marvel Zombies. Preferably Howard The Duck.

-Stark Suit Spidey.

-New Captain America. One of his moves would include him throwing his shield at your face, and while you writhe in pain he'll shoot you in the legs and incapacitate you for the rest of the round.

-Fantastic Four. Why weren't they in MVC?

-Stan Lee. He should be in the background of every stage. Maybe even the title screen.

-Drunk Tony Stark.

This has nothing to do with tatsunoko versus capcom.

I'd like to see Megaman X or Zero from the "X" series, but if this game does get released they will use the ones from the "ZX" series. Oh well, as long as it isn't Battle Network Megaman I'm fine.

Hm, they used classic Megaman in MvC, Legends Megaman in NxC, and Zero in SvC, yeah maybe it's time for X to have some screen time.
If I had to I'd still place my money on them using the classic one though.

Huh, cool.  I'd play that.  I happened to like the MVC series. It would be cool to see what It's like in 3D.

Only the Avatar, master of all 4 elements, could stop the mugen cheapies, but when mugen needed him most, he vanished.

3 Years passed and now his W.I.P has returned, and although his airbending skills are great, he has alot to learn.

But I think that, with my help, Aang can save Mugen...

i hope they dont recicle old sprites like they did in CvS2
Morrigan looked horrible  :(

That would be a Good match. I guess if it came down to a Close range Physical Fight Sub-Zero would win, but when it comes to Ice Powers I think Iceman would own Sub-Zero.

Anyways Back ontopic. That would be cool if they added a character from Warzard in MvC3. That would be Cool if they Put Ghost Rider in there too.

I always lose when I use Dan in MvC 2. It's like his moves do VERY LITTLE damage against opponents

if im wrong then ok, but from what i remember his moves do little damage on purpose to show how elite you are if you can beat someone with DAN

Well, I'm not that Elite in playing MvC 2 and I only go into Elite mode with Cable, Iron Man, and Strider Hiryu (just correct if wrong)

Do you know how many tourneyfags competitive players use those two? I'm tired of all those typical teams with like Mag(fuckin)neto/(mango)Sentinel/Storm/Iron Man/Spidey/Spiral/etc. It gets annoying and boring.

Am I the only person who uses like ... Akuma/B.B. Hood/Morrigan (main team)/Megaman/Cyclops? I have gone undefeated in the arcade near my old house before using only those characters.

I can't wait till that Naomi emulation is finished and netplay works so I can show you all how maximum my power is.

I personally Don't favor MvC style Myself..it seems Too ...uuuh how you say? Ridiculous and Over exaggerated, Hit your Opponent in the AIr and do an ZOMG 50HIT AIR COMBO!! and smash them to the ground...

Alhough i like a lot of creators characters who make them Mvc style but with their own touch thats the only ones i bother with...I just can't stand MvC..but i don't necessarily hate it.....Although there is a certain Someone who taking me there --;

Marvel super heroes was one of the most balanced fun games I ever tried. It made Marvel style well. The worst one was mvc2, at a certain point strategy got replaced by shiny fx and amount of fireballs.
Something that contributed for that was the tag team stuff, remove the teams, re add the mediums and tone down the sprite reuse and mvc2 could have been great.

When playing MvC or MvC2, it should be required when playing a new comer to have Dan on your team. If they lose to Dan, you have two options:
1. Tell them to GTFO.
2. Say "That was too easy." and stop playing.

If they beat Dan, however and whether you win or lose, you must play them twice before judgeing if they are a challenge, not good enough or that they can and will rape you at it whenever they want.

On topic:
I have 2 teams.
Cyclops/Ryu/Megaman. (Ultimate 3 person hyper combo. 3 giant lasers at once is awesome.)

Roll/Morrigan/Akuma
I don't know....it just works...

I never played much of MvC2, (considering the theater kept the game for a few months then replaced it with a crappy racing game) MvSf was pure awsome though
