this is a edit i did of Pico.

yeah thats right, that horrid cat you all hate.

well Oowhap released a Pico Pack with all his picos.

and since there was a sudden growth in orochi's (shadow orochi, dark orochi, god orochi, orochi mizuchi, chris orochi and so on and so forth) i was making fun of him saying haha, picotothemax you forgot 1 pico in your pack!

OROCHI PICO!!

seconds lated i worked on it and made orochi pico LOL.

i actually did update raging ken and solid snake, as well as made some progress on holy ryu.

but i figured hey i got 20 minutes to kill why not make an orochi pico.

if anything it makes her a tad funner to play, considering i dont like her other versions.

especially the one about "orochi = fail" that is golden.

getting that reply was my goal in all this.

and thanks, i figured a REAL intro would be nice.
also if any one else noticed i gave her sounds from Neco Arc, cause she has the best cat sounds ever. i'm not sure why pico orinally included a SND file with alot of random cat snd effects, that he never used.
