I managed to get King, but the website wants me to wait an hour to be able to download Kim. Is there a different link for him?

EDIT: It appears he's missing his stcommon cn file. So he crashes MUGEN

Nope. King's sts must be in one of her cns files because she doesn't have a stcommon file like Kim. Also, I have tried to put ";" by the stcommon, and Kim works, but he gets stuck, has no intros or winposes, and can't be hit after awhile, simply put, he's a glitchy mess.
