Here's some feedback.

Debug info:

Missing required sprite groups:
5001,20 5010,20

Missing required hit animtion:
5170.

Invalid expolde in state 105 from dashing back. My guess it comes from the dust cloud explode. I'd suggest a helper for that kinda thing but thats me.

Changed to invalid state 810 from state 20 after a dash and then walking backwards after the dash.

Another expolde de-bug flow in state 200 attack.

Another de-bug flow due to expolde in state 250 from the one button metero attack.

There's just tons of them. Did you play check this character in de-bug?  o_O

CLSN's

CLSN1's

Terrible. Mutiple ones everywhere. It's just a gigantic mess in his standing animation.

It goes for just about every animation.

The walking animations don't even have CLSN1's.

CLSN2's:
No CLSN1's over CLSN2's. HUGE priority.

Huge CLSN2's over that. Sometimes not even fitting the certain attack sprite.  :S

Gameplay:

Some of it feels budokaiesq. Like a small chain move from one button. Otherwise it feels really odd.

His invisible ki-blast attack knocks the opponent up?  ???

It looks better fitted to push P2 backwards rather then right into the air. That's a simple X and Y velset change.

Overall:

Characters needs tons of work.

Bugs fixed.

He feels to jumpy and floaty rather then a solid power character like he was in Budokai. Like playing with a marshmellow really.

I suggest getting rid of the jump too.

Without the sprites looks like he "hunces" into the air.

Well, I didn't look after I deleted but this wasn't made the same way Goku was.

These look like Maj's sprite rips he did a while back and I belive most are linked.

But making palletes for it right now just...doesn't seem worth it.

He looks kinda like Piccolo from sprites who Majita ripped some time ago... Are you really don't use his work ? I mean it's fine but you sayted you ripped those sprites...

I don't even bother with posts especially after feedback from DMK. It seems this chars is alot buggy. Besides I don't know french so...

I hate to say this,but i agree with DMK on this one...this character needs a lot of work and cleaning up of the bug and add missing required sprites... ::)
DMK had it all covered for now...i can`t say anything else but...good luck for the next update :P

im really not a fan of this mugen made character, there is something there but it need alot more work to be a good character, and it makes my game crash....

First of all, you don't need to have 20 post in that forum; you can just go register and you will be able to dl the char without having a single post made.
This char does need a lot of work indeed.  The title says "Piccolo Budokai HR !" but the char isn't hi res at all: this char is not in hi res!
btw the char goes right through another.

It's because his walking stance is missing CLSN1's entirely.

If you want to fix it quickly open him in FF and look threw his air file for the walking stance and just place one over him. It'll fix that.

If you're the creator, why didn't you said it since the beginning, and why did you provided a wrong link first? This just sounds too suspicious...

Plus, the character hasmany,many bugs that are screaming to be corrected in almost all aspects: animation, clns boxes, cns... To have to register to download a bad "beta" char that is not even worthy? Not a true bargain if you ask me.

It actually doesn't look as clean as Goku.  It's definitely not same sprites as that clean as a whistle HR Goku. He also is kinda of incomplete.  He doesn't have many intro's or poses but, he is playable.  Average at best.  Maybe an update is in order.

A update and some balancing is what Piccolo needs. HR Goku was frankensprites with sprites from a few DBZ Roms and also had original sprites. The main idea for Goku was the style of the 3d games.

Piccolo is a rip and just programmed in to be playable in Mugen. What you can do is updating his moves with idea's taken out of the episodes and games. Some of his moves are to fast and some are to slow. It's a great addition but, needs some extra's. :)
