It's not difficult, just saying "Byakko char edited by Duck@ss" doesn't require a lot of time and you respect the author.
What stops you from doing that?

he is not on internet right now,look I have that char,when I was downloaded Torent of mugen roster with 700 chars,also this joe is been pretty bugy,then I fixed bugs and replace wind powers to flame powers because is cool :)

also this joe is been pretty bugy,then I fixed bugs and replace wind powers to flame powers because is cool :)

Could you explain a bit further on what you have fixed? And replacing wind FX with fire FX won't do any improvement for the character btw. Also the original author on MFG is under the alias of DKDC if you must know.

Feedback:
--------------------------
- LP -> Move a little forward each punch = Infinite
- HP -> Quick Dash -> HP -> Quick Dash -> Repeat = Infinite
- HK Grab puts some characters into a "Frozen" state, only some specials can knock them out of this state.
(That might be their fault though)
- Effects really clash together (You're using CvS1 Dust but custom fire effects?)
- If timed correctly you can do his HK grab while you're hitting the other player (AKA, Smash em with a Hard Punch and proceed to walk to them and being able to grab them while they're in hitstun)
- Same also works for his HP grab
- From comboing, why can I only Link Tiger Kick and Fired Heel from Normals?
- Some effects seem really choppy and misplaced, mainly the spark he gets when he activates "LONG TIGER EXPLOSION UPPER"
- Some CLSN's are just plain bad and make me cry.

- Wouldn't it be better and more useful to atleast re-name the folder and character itself? because the folder is called "CvS2Joe" but you've edited it to be "Rage Joe" and the fact this plays nothing like a CvS inspired character.
- I thought you said you fixed it, not make it worse.

I think that's all I need to say, this character is horrible, badly done and not worth the time for people to play as.
If I can't be the best, I sure as hell can be the worst.

you should just use the sprites and code everything yourself, it might come out better, and youll learn a couple of things.

- Still can do his LP Infinite
- Still can do his HP -> Dash -> HP -> Dash Infinite (This also can be done doing the same with HK)
- Still can taunt in the air, resulting him being able to stand and move in the air or under the stage
- CLSN's are still terrible, I know you already said you didn't touch them but c'mon.
- Heat does no chip damage whatsoever, it's a Hyper so It should atleast do something
- Opponent can block after the first hit during Heat

It looks like you didn't fix ANY of the previous issues.
If I can't be the best, I sure as hell can be the worst.

- D,DB,B, any punch = infinite
- shadow on the fart;
- envshake on the laugh win pose, that I think is not good looking (it's not like there is an explosion or he is destroying your ears with that laugh).

how to fix it? Search for this
ground.hittime  = 30
and set it to a value that is less than that. For example 10 or 15;
or for
pausetime = "value","2nd value"
and edit the 2nd value to a lower number.

I was refraining from downloading this after seeing Hyogo's vids but now you've piqued my curiousity.

pausetime = "value","2nd value"
and edit the 2nd value to a lower number be identical to the first value.

Don't use the verb "to be" that much when you make a sentence.

You have to fix the ground.hittime parameter in the hitdef of the basics, not the length of the animation. And the pausetime, like Ricepigeon and I said before.
