SF2 rainbow edition also has no fireball limit, air specials of all kinds, Guile's "shadow throw" and if you press start in a match it will allow you to instantly change characters; even in the middle of a move.

hahaI remember playing this hack long ago, i liked how with every shoryuken a line of hadoukes came from ryu's arm.
The sad thing is, he's asking me if he can patch my characters like this. Assuming my characters are possibly already fudged up as it is. I played rainbow edition SFII, it's just ridiculously stupid and unbalanced. Nice concept though.

It's probably great to play or watch when you are high, drunk or something like that, which is probably why it's called Rainbow Edition.
