Humor is subjective.  I don't find all of that wacky zaniness to be funny at all so my suggestions may not apply to you.  However....

and I found Ghetto WarMachine , Alter Amiba and Briaaaaan are nice funny character to have. but do you know there any funny doujin type or anime type fun and funny type as well ? or edit type ? off hand 
I just updated the list of character that found :)

as for Bobby Ologun they don't have no fun or funny in to there character they feel more normal playable character with no funny special that I can see. and for Gustavo he seem very basic not  very fun that is you know a better one XD that I have not over looked

yeah its called Fat tony but the character is incomplete and feel more of a beta  he can only do few move but he is a bit off and broken down not mush to look at really

Also, another joke character (at least, I heard that this char should be a joke) is Q by Drowin.

after taking the look of the list Possibility of Chizuru perfect choose the other one not every sure off. I also found Crow by Madoldcrow1105 very fun and funny unique character XD

Hastur is a compilation and parody of everything cheap ( including Rare Akuma )

God P-Chan ( yes Duck Kings ducky )

Hige ( a Clone Zero edit that has Old Spice commercials (Terry Crews) as intros )

About Eric, the funny thing is he don't play as any shoto and has a lot of moves from other characters. See an example of him in this video. As for The Ninja, there's no video about him, but it's a try to make a character like The_None or Most_Mysterious, here are some shots of him:

About Eric, the funny thing is he don't play as any shoto and has a lot of moves from other characters. See an example of him in this video. As for The Ninja, there's no video about him, but it's a try to make a character like The_None or Most_Mysterious, here are some shots of him:

Ah I see well if the Ninja just a working in progress then I don't want to chase after a private character or so called rare type. I don't like going around doing a wild goose chase on just one character alone. I think just rather stick with the main release type by the authors. now as for Eric he seem fun but to me he does look bit more of a fighter type than just plain fun and funny and the video that you have shown me  its feel like he's more normal causal fighter type in my opinion

after you show me that raging smile okay you convince  this girl on wanting to keep him XD that was unexpected. as for The Ninja Character I like to thank you for pointing its out for me I was not 100% sure he was already been made. I just need 10 more funny character to go any suggestion be great :D

Its funny when you realize he's a parody of all the hentai characters out there (instead of nude busty schoolgirls squealing like 6 year olds its a stark raving mad lunatic with his dick waving in the air). The only thing missing from the humor is the fact that it isn't Dhalsim  ;)

Besides it could have been worse. It could have been Slime or Kuromaru.

First of all, Spat856 did NOT make Matias, Matydel42008 is the guy to credit, and y.y did not make Chuck Norris, Gaelik did, so either get facts straight, or don't put them.
Secondly, I only assisted a little bit, so there's no need to put my name at all. Also I only picked out the characters I feel I should say something about since apparently EVERYBODY has these characters in some form of funny/cartoon list. (Need any of you include me, I know I'm a cartoon person myself but I did not make anything into MUGEN OC/Cartoon wise.)
