Another stage from yours trulyhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z5LLRKfMa74http://www.mediafire.com/?wt76wbmw781nogs
Yea this is a nice stage i like it alot. I tested it out and what EvilAkuma said is right you want to add some more frames to your waterfall animation. Your fog animations, when you move to the right it should not slow down and follow the characters or speed up when your moving left and I see you wanted deltas what you want to do is -Fog delta change it to 2,1also for your fog add this coding alpha =100,256 it makes it transparent so that you can see through the fog if you want to change the transparency the way you want it then change 100 to any number between 0 to 256. you can add that to the waterfall as well if you like.-Waterfall delta change it to 2,1-Ravin background delta change it to 2, 1You may want to add some fog or clouds behind the rocks up top as well. I hope you update the stage with some of the feedback i gave you cause i would like to make a video of me fighting in this stage.
You've done a good job with this release bro.Just implement the feedback from the 2 above posters and you'll have improved results. Its good to see you around again kid. Thanks for sharing.
Man this is beautiful. I wonder if you did the assets yourself or took them from an already existing game. I know that may have sounded stupid but I wanted to know because I'm developing stages for my game as well.
samjs721 said, June 22, 2011, 02:01:00 ami dont to switch to 1.0. im fine with winmugen. is winmugen plus any good?Holy fuck you're still using standard Winmugen? At this point just skip to 1.0 because it's a better version of it IMO.

Oh, so then you'll have to continue playing with Winmugen alone, and you'll be missing all the HR and HD stuff out there. HR stages such as this one cannot be played in a filtered environment.

Hey, if you are not gonna get mugen 1.0 , dont post in threads that have that little black tape there saying hi res just to talk about how much you like your winmugen. The original thread maker doesnt care and its rude to derail his thread just to talk about how much you dont want to install the latest software version he is using.

samjs721 said, June 22, 2011, 02:46:16 ami'm not switching. i'm fine with winmugen. maybe in 10 years. Spoiler, click to toggle visibilty
LOL."I shall switch to Mugen 1.0 in 10 years, when the next 20 releases of Mugen are already out. Then I will wait 10 more years."
Quit derailing his thread. Good stage bro, i'll pm you something about it later, since I haven't really worked around it yet.
How come the stage is so big? Just asking.----Also, the waterfall loop is still bad. You can obviously see the point where it loops.

It's just that the usual stages I use aren't that big

I guess you're using Particle Illusion. Might want ot PM Rednavi so he can tell you how to set up loop points, since he knows. And you could also cut on the number of frames. Taking only one frame over two and multiplying the time each frame is displayed will still give good results. No need for a new frame per tick.
Okay since I can't loop the waterfall I decided to speed up the frames a bit its less noticeable the new link is on the first post
Da Who said, June 25, 2011, 12:15:31 amOkay since I can't loop the waterfall I decided to speed up the frames a bit its less noticeable the new link is on the first postYou know you can ask for help if you have trouble in something, right? A lot of people in this community wouldn't mind helping you in that part.
Also, as I mentioned to you in xat: The waterfall not looping correctly may be a bit less noticeable than it was this way, however it is STILL noticeable. Also, the animation itself the way you sped up the timing as a cover up wasn't the greatest idea, considering the waterfall anim is wayyyyyy too fast now.
Nice to see you back at least updating your stuff.I will check it out tonight and report back if I find anything.
Nice update Anti, the waterfall still isn't looping correctly try using this P.I. tutorial it may help to loop that waterfall animation. http://www.wondertouch.com/tutorials/PI%20Loop%20Tutorial%20V3/PI%20V3%20Loops%20Tutorial.htmAlso change the fog i mean [bg1] y-axis delta to 1 instead of 2.
samjs721 said, June 22, 2011, 01:54:56 ami dont want to since 1.0 doesnt have double res.take it from someone who have both, just stick to winmugen , as 1.0. sucks so hard , and you saw it in the video how it logs the stages , it happens with all the ones I've got
why are you still complaining about that man you need a rest were not in 1.0 release thread and besides its depends on the PC which one you have learn to deal with it not all stage is lagged on 1.0

The guy will most likely not answer you. Also, please, the 1.0 vs Win discussion always derails threads. Do not continue it, please.
samjs721 said, June 22, 2011, 02:46:16 ami'm not switching. i'm fine with winmugen. maybe in 10 years. Don't sweat Sam. Just keep downloading my awesome stages. I've got plenty of lowres love for ya! Lol!@0-11 Great stage. Cool concept! Loads of potential. Keep it up....
It's getting there, Anti. Your waterfall is still jumpy and doesn't loop very well. Also, you could tone the alpha on your fog down a bit and maybe darken the shadows a bit more. With some proper cleaning and feedback applied this stage could be very great!
thanks for the feedback GLB this and the cavern stage should be finished either the weekend or monday
