I like this one a lot.

The low contrast kind of reminds me of Pyron's Darkstalkers 1 palette.

staring at the wall of dragonclaws is very hypnotic, the way they all randomly shift movement and clack their blades... i could stare at it for hours.

I'm not feeling the hair and glove colors though. Dunno why... I think they make Tetsu look like he's in his forties. :P

I'll be adding this to his extra palettes directory, if that's okay with you?

Edit: After testing out the palettes, I am disappointed that you didn't change the colors of his sfx. The gi colors look nice, but I was expecting the energy and particle effects to look the same...

red- red effects
gold- blue effects
blue- blue effects
light- blue effects
purple- green effects
