hey guys it's super dragon and tomarrow my computer at home will be ready and im telling you guys about my future wip sonic and sega all stars fighting.
i know you guys are still waiting for SC from me but they will be made in the midst of this project. not to diccurage anyone here.
my old project is not working out but people just want SC characters.

this is getting worked with now
i will add more seires to the sega games and im using my unique style of cvs and i gotten better since i got a cvs tutorial.
my furute project so any question will be dicided by you and mabe in a month i can show all the curent sprites of the characters in this roster in the graphics area. before i do this project i have some characters to code first.

"How to plan a project for Newbies"
1. Make main idea of origins of characters (Capcom, SNK, SF, KOF etc.)
2. Plan whole roster.
3. Pick about 6 characters that will be for sure in the game!
4. tag the rest of characters as "maybe"
5. Announce current plan.
6. Make those 6 chars, also work on screenpack & stages.
7. go back to point 3.

Also you had Soul Calibur idea, is it gone? Plan something you can achieve.

"How newbies plan projects"
1. Get a game you're fan of and add several prefixes and suffixes to make it sound like a cool fighting game.
2. Plan the whole roster with at least 50 characters.
3. Make 6 sprites for the character you prefer.
4. Realize how shitty your sprites are despite the hours you've spent on them, and realize you'll never finish anything.
5. Go back to point 1.

Its not that bad, but it looks like beta of sprite and its pretty poor animated.

well i now see that the SC project is going in the trash but i realized that poeple just want SC characters in mugen so i decided to make this project in the future after im planed characters. this seems to take up space as a roster so i will redue it to 30~50 characters.

heres to explain this my future wip
well im going to use seanality's cvs sonic if he says yes but the chibi sonic and mugenhunters characters i will convert in cvs.
the house of the dead characters will kind of have a frank west feel but the envoiorments from thr hotd seires.
jet set raidio characters will be more confortable characters to make combos and memerable traits for the game.
streets of rage characters will feel more extreme and there full potential
vertura fighter will be for the guys who love combos
sonic characters will be more of a dream to see that they can give it their all.
now tomarrow i code and sprite the i can show sprites screen plays and ect.
it will be all in mvc style and if i do manage to make a mvc tag system i could patch them. they will have a standard non mvc styles for the ones who does not like the mvc system.

WARRNING: THIS IS NOT TO MISSJUDGE BUT TO NOT BE LIKE THE SC PROJECT AS THIS WILL BE A IDEA THAT CAN WORK WITH NO ALL TALK SHIT JUST PURE WORK AS THIS WILL BE POVEN AS A WIP.

this is for the ones who will try to tear this apart like the ones who gave me less confidence in my SC project.
im not talking about the supporters who did want SC in mugen. i will make the SC characters along with this project.

All I can think of while reading Super Dragon Blade's rambling is  :wall:

This kid needs to seriously slow down before he is banned or someone tells him off. We are being constructive and trying to help him, yet it's the same shit repeatedly.

And fix your damned grammar man. It's sometimes hard to read whatever it is you're trying to say.

Now, back to Streat Faghtar Foua crosses Taken. Liam Neeson has some sick custom spritework!!  ;P

I've just started sprite-work and after around 3 months I'm only at about 70 sprites.

He was planning to do all the Soul Calibur characters fully coded and even create alternate versions for their extra costumes.

Now that is in excess of 60 characters.

Nestor's roster is considerably less than that and Capcom Fighting All Stars has been worked on for around 4 years.

He puts this on hold and puts together a roster for an even bigger game whilst still working on his Soul Calibur project.

1 man could probably achieve this in around 35 years.

Even if he coded a character that is already sprited such as Dampir's Taki then you are still looking at around 6 months work especially if you aren't knowledgeable in coding yet.

Didn't I also read that he planned on MvC and CvS styles separately.

He's just trying to keep the community happy with promises he can't fill.

If he had a fair amount of sprites for one character to show people might take him seriously but this is a pipedream.

What he needs to understand is that bad cred is completely worse than no cred at all.

I was working on my Ken for about 6 months and then I released it while after that I poster project topic in Projects, when was it? "August 10, 2011", now 5 playable characters and 3 on the way.

Think! Think what you want to make, start making it yourself and when you have progress then POST IT. All you did so far are worthless discussions how you spam threads, stop it or all you'll read is what you already did ("Stop spamming projects" etc.)

This.... Kid(??) is ruining his credibility with false promises on big ideas. He has been PMing me and I've pretty much told him exactly what you guys are saying here.

I find it pretty amazing that quite a few people have the "I gonna make the most awesomest full game mugen ever" idea, yet we only a handful of full games of any kind out there. I mean, how many are out there that even have 12 characters; a game can have 12 chars and still be good.

and MK even had only 7 playable and 3 unplayable characters..and like SF it became one of the most successful fighting game series of all time

have a handful own ideas and features, a handful playable characters 1-2 bosses and thats all, needed for a good start

Absolutely.

God GBK, you're bringing back great memories!!

Looking at titles previous to Marvel VS Capcom II, each title contained a smaller roster of sorts that MvC2 capitalized on. Didn't X-Men: Children of the Atom have 8 characters?? X-Men VS Street Fighter had 17 characters if I remember correctly.

Just like the games themselves: Start off small and work up to bigger things.

He's not getting banned because a bunch of people are coming into his thread and making fun of him. It's at the point where you guys should not even reply to his threads anymore. He's posting in idea engineering because he's engineering ideas that might not work out.
