So, I already did Black Yoko, and seeing how SF2 EvilRyu, EvilKen and ShinGouki were glitched, I did Black Iroha and the Jin Requests.
I did 2 Iroha Varients.

Not...so good as hoped. Couldn't add black, but not the worse.
Rugal

Omega Based. Kept the white color. Below is the result of what it would look like if I put in the black. Upon request, I'll release the black colored one. For now, it is not included.

almost all of them have contrast issues, and you're using very basic tones of colors for most of your characters

also silent storm palettes stopped being relevant in 2003 diaf

Can you please be specific on which ones need work on shading? I'd might update them in the future.
Roah's colors aren't HNK shading style.
Blue Mary's skin is inaccurate to KOF shading style.
Mai's skin is inaccurate to RB shading style. Use Bob wilson's skin color.
God Ibuki is horrible.
Felicia's(or w/e) hair/Fur is inaccurate to DS/CvS shading style.
Terry's skin is inaccurate to CvS shading style, but he looks ok..
Maki's skin is inaccurate to CvS shading style.
SSJ Goku's hair has no shading.
Luigi, SMB3 Luigi's color are not like that..
Zero, "Evil Zero" has really bad shading..
Morrigan style palettes are just ugly, and aren't morrigans colors..
Blanka's skin is inaccurate to CvS shading style, His pants have no shading.

Anyone with red has inaccurate shading to whatever game they're from.

Well, I don't try to make my shading accurate to the game's style, but I can be exact to some of the other character's pallets.
And SS's hair never had shading. It was full black.
Evil Zero was my first pallet, and I plan on updating him.
Blanka, pants are like that due to shared pallet issues, but I need to fix skin.
Luigi's colors are a "estimate" of his SMB3 colors.
How exactly is God Ibuki horrible? Sure, she needs to be more like God Ken's colors, but I couldn't do too much. Hair is ONE SINGLE COLOR shared with the gi. Black would have too high contrast.
And Capcom re-used sprites from SFA3 for CVS2.

Now for these, these are accurate/near-accurate to Evil Ken's colors. Some are changed to avoid Contrast/Shared Pallet issues I ran into.
If you'd know, all pallets for Waru's Ken can be applied to both forms.

Recurring problem with your palettes are your bright colors being too bright and lacking real contrast where there are supposed to be darker tones.

The colors are good, but the actual tones you use suck. simply steal the tones from existing characters to fix that.
