Edit: Well I Got Some Complaints About the Command's So I Went ahead and Changed them ^^. Yay!!

Well Now its time for my first Mugenguild Release..... Update !!!!, Tobi-San Has Been Updated

Ok This was My First Mugenguild Release, and Now its my first Mugenguild Update, ok so Heres an Update of My Tobi-San Character from Naruto. I Have Added a few New moves, sounds, Effects, and Doen Some Glitch Fixing ^^. I Hope You Alll Enjoy Tobi-San Version2, and Read the Readme File For ANy Additional Information  :sugoi:. Also Just So you know hes a chibi/small character  :-\

Ok So Originnally the SHeet for the character was a joke sheet, so you may see some sillyness within this CHaracter, but hes Been Smoothing out, and has a More Unique Sturcture Now ^^.

Well Heres a tobi character i made Hes a "Chibi" Character so be warned if you dont Like chibis ^^. Well i decided to take a break from coding sena and decided to code this. I really only coded this because there are a lack of good quality akatsuki memebers out ther so i decided to make one ^^. Well you can find credits, and a movelist in the Read-Me File, and heres some screens ^^.







Ok Just So you know the sheet of the character was made as sort of a joke sheet because most of his attacks are very sissy like, but hes still a very fun and Playable Character ^^.

A friend of mine is a big fan of Tobi and of course you did a great job for making him^^ I love poket chars too^^ The mines don´t earn much comments around but at least outside guild I aways get good feedback^^

These sprites were made by you? Because they haven't released an Saikyo Ninja Daikeshyuu 6 yet, so they can't be from a game!

Well people according to people on other sites this character needs a little work i was gona try and finish it up then update today, unfortunately i didn thave a enough time to do so, so i will try to update it tommorrow with some glitch fixes, and some new hypers and air attacks ^^.

Well i asked the creator of the stage, KadeemTheking, To come over here and release the stage so everyone can enjoy, so he will prob come over here and release it to The Mfg community tomorrow ^^.

Small characters dont get alot of comments.
Small characters get small comments ^_^.
Nothing wrong with the character though. I only don't like naruto and such :p . I stay with DBZ, more explosions  ;D

Well i have Updated Tobi, and Yes He has Sharingan now ^^. I Know Small CHaracters equals Small Comments, but still I Hope you guys can Comment on My hard Work  ;P. Ok Well Enjoy the Tobi Update ^^.

Well Im Posting to say he got a SLight Update, I Changed his Command's around, and fixed something in the Read-Me really not much of an Update, but Yeah  ;P

I've got to say, this is the best Chibi Naruto character i've seen....before, only  Anjel's Itachi got to stay in my mugen. I'm not too big on Chibi's, but congrats, can't wait to see more from you.

The same Way you use any other Character, Download it, Extract it, Put it in your CHars Folder, Put his name in the Select.def, and Bam he SHould Work.

Just made a new mugen, thats going to be only chibi. So im downloading now, will def. get back to you with info.
