Hi

I'm making it up for people who couldn't enjoy my previous stage correctly. New stage here.

2 DEF Files because 2 version of the same stage

Tristram_Cave.def           = smoke on stairs + green fire + portal effect on the door
Tristram_Cave_RED.def   = smoke on stairs +orange fire + effect on the right wall

why 2 version ? Because I couldn't decide which colour of fire I wanted to release and where to put the portal effect. So you can choose by yourself.

- Animated
- High Jump
- Music

Tristram_Cave

Tristram_Cave_RED

I heard it was one of your WIP but then i thought it could be a challenge. I saw your version so I tried to make mine look different.

It's funny how things goes... I used to see phantom G forum as THE FUCKIN place to get awesome stages. And now 3 years later I'm making stages myself...
I used to get frustrated  when the forum went down. Now I guess it doesn't matter anymore.

I am working alone but If I wish I had been  in a team, back in the days, it would have sure been the Phantom G Team.

I got a few new stages ready... but lately i spent some time on updating old stages and learning more about coding. My best learning experience was with my previous stage "Airship Chase" . F*ckin Bitch to code.

Anyway, these past 2 weeks I feel I have gotten better. I hope I can release more awesome stages in the future.

Im goin to be honest,my interest in mugen gone for the last 2 years,I started working on 1.0 stuff out of curiosity and mainly to challenge myself,my next release will be my new hd version of my screenpack with a few stages, and let's see where it goes from there,I will include 640x480 patches for the stages with the releases, max beta will take care of that,a gift for the peeps, and to you jeanbureau keep making stages and keep challenging yourself,it's the only way to improve

One of the reason I put more efforts than usual lately is because your incredible talent is pissing me off really bad  ;D But not pissing me off in a bad way, more in a motivating way.

Your "video works" stage was such a shock for me, I was like OMF FUCK YOU !! I gotta get better.

Smexy release.  ;D What game is this from?? Looks like Fable....
All of your Mugen Portrait needs may be found HERE.

I'd like to report two robots on the MFG forums: One is EXShadow. The other is Saikoro.
There should be a Saikoro plugin for Photoshop.

I don't think it's from an existing game. It's an original creation by some dude highly skilled who work in the video game industry...

That sort of things makes think about a serious topic i had in mind for a moment now... If only the mugen community had some connections with communities of 3D creators, guys using After effect, Blender, 3D studio etc etc... We could make awesome shit, exceptional...

Now how sexy is that WIP ?  ;D

Yeah, I did this stage too but I don't release my hires stuff cuz none of you are worthy of it.  :ninja:

Congrats on a great release Jeanbureau.

I've had my eye on your works for some time now because I knew from the start that you promised potential

and I just wanna be my old and corny self here for a second and point out that you have gotten huge leaps and bounds better than what you started with.

Keep up the great work.

hehey Long time I haven't seen you MaxBeta.

Thank you.

I'm hoping to get my hands on more and more good material to work with in the future. It's too bad I'm working on 3 years old laptop. If only i had access to Adobe after effects...

Bonne continuation !! :sugoi:

It would be great if we could get big names from the industry to do a little side work for us, no doubt about it!! We should start a petition or something. THAT would be sweet!!

you can't make water splashes because it would require stage interactions with every single characters that would encounter that stage: this means that you would have to specifically add some codes/triggers in each character in order for the splashes to happen in this stage for said characters! sadly...

very nice release btw

Yeah indeed. That's really something i would like to see happening. These guys create stages but some of them are just to show off and will not be used in a real game, so i was thinking, why not using it for a free game like mugen ?
their level of design is unbelievable...

And beside that, there are thousands of people with talent in the community, the only reason i don't create my own effects is because my laptop sucks balls, but some dudes here have a war machine instead of a computer, they could easily use software like Blender.

If some people want to contribute... You know what I'm gonna make a separate thread..

-----------
Anyway

definitly more french than i thought around here lol...
Thanks for the comments guys.
Merci bien a tout le monde.
