Special Thanks to UJI for Vegeta's AI.
Please re-download all other characters as well, as there are many things that have been fixed.
Updated points are listed below.

VEGETA
* Custom AI by UJI added.
* Fixed statetype of Driving Elbow.
* Fixed the alignment of dizzy animation.
* Fixed animation frames in Jump Strong kick.
* Fixed alignment of the required sprites in SFF.
* Fixed the throw to fit HD characters.

Mr.Satan
* Majita's AI now included by default (to avoid having to update both).
* Added a landing state after the Bari-Bari Punch.
* Changed the sprites of the "!!" and "?" marks in Present For You.
* Switched between the over 50% life win pose with under 50% life Win, during round 1.
* Less invincibility time in the Dynamic Spin Attack.
* Dynamite Kick can no longer be blocked low.
* Changed the hitspark for the Dynamite Kick.
* Fixed alignment of the required sprites in SFF.
* Fixed Super Biri-Biri Punch to fit HD characters.
* Fixed the throw to fit HD characters.
* Crouching Strong punch can now be blocked high.

CELL
* Heisei Senchi's AI updated (actually updated in August, but never announced for overseas)
* Fixed Cho-Kamehameha's invincibility time.
* Fixed a pallet error in an Air-Cho-Kamehameha Sprite.
* Shortened 2P's Guard pause time after blocking the uppercut (now harder for 2P to be thrown afterwards).
* Fixed Damn it ! to fit HD characters.
* Fixed the throw to fit HD characters.

PICCOLO
* Fixed statetype of Maku-Houi-Dan.
* The Buku-Kyaku will no longer guard KO until the very last kick.
* Fixed the timing for Gohan's "Yatta!" voice.
* Changed pallet colors of the Gohan helper.
* Fixed the throw to fit HD characters.

GOKU
* Fixed the Statetype for the Cho-Kamehameha.
* Added a sprite for the throw animation from the original game, that was missing.
* Fixed the throw to fit HD characters.

SUPER GOKU
* Fixed the throw to fit HD characters.

FRIEZA
* Changed pallet colors of Ginyu, Burta, and Vegeta.
* Changed the "?" sprite for the VS Trunks intro.
* Fixed the throw to fit HD characters.

ANDROID 16
* Fixed alignment of the required sprites in SFF.

Thank god you are not quit. I was worried about you becayse you dissapear after rules changes. I'm glad you back. me time to test AI and rest updates. BTW your Wips are being still in work right ?

Edit: When I click in Mugen section in english version it's lead to jap version. Small but I thought you should know.

OMG You are a GOD Choujin! You are the only one who has made great DBZ chars in mugen!  :D

Thing is : Ginyu isn't made by Choujin, but by stig87. Stig87 makes his characters play Choujin style, and made the stealing compatible with Choujin's characters. Now, Choujin himself has nothing to do with Ginyu and its devlopment.

To answer your question : Ginyu will most likely steal powers from Choujin's, Stig87's and KOD's characters.

Double post FTW :

- Nice AI for Vegeta. Quite balanced and interesting to play against. :)
- Just a little thing a noticed : The last attack of planet burst gives back some power to Vegeta.

- The interrogation mark for Mr Satan is still backwards when he's player 2.

- Android16's Hell Attack gives back some power too.
- It would be cool if you could do some little sprite editing on his stance to remove the ugly pixels on his right elbow.

- Piccolo's Cho-Bakuretsu-Attack gives back some power.

- Dragon Rush and Ryu-Ken (both in normal and Kai-Oh-Ken version) give back some power to Songoku.

- SSJ Songoku's english movelist still has a kanji in it.
- Dragon Rush and Ryu-Ken give back some power to SSJ Songoku.

Seeing that all his Lv.2 and Lv.3 supers give back power but not Lv.1 ones, I'm wondering if you did that on purpose or not. It should be changed anyway IMO.

The characters are nice but are also quite mediocre too, im glad that not all dbz mugen characters are built like this, they are fun to play against and are fairly nice and balanced but the super moves are not very exciting. It gets dull using them after a while i think its because its missing the DBZ feeling.

Goku is too big for street fighter and KOF characters, so i guess this belongs in a game of its own.

Nice work still  :-\

As usual, your work is marvelous. And probably the only reason for my continued efforts in the creation of Mugen characters.

Vegeta sometimes flies off of the screen during state 1450 without returning.
Its only happened a couple of times, and only when the CPU(AI) is in control.
I cannot reproduce the problem myself but It but it seemed to be that the state kept repeating itself.

I haven't gotten the problem since i added
triggerall = stateno != 1450
to the cmd.

ps. (ssj patch has been updated to work with this update)---(link to my site in the sig)
(please redirect any comments about it to the thread I made for the patch.)

problem after i used the down back y or D,DB,B,  y the characters and mugen hang
first used the D,DB,B y and after falling in the air then try to near the oponent and punch him or used fireball and also  if the opponent is trying to block from your attacking the mugen stops.
the cpu or your opponent is to slow (facing) after i used this D,DB,B y.

Vegeta is a ton of fun to play with with great combos. Something that I dont like though is how a opponent can recover in the air from his uppercut and hit you before you land. CCI found a great finisher for his uppercut the double two handed punch. Not only would this solve the problem, it would also suit the fact that Vegeta is a sadistic jerk. Im not saying copy CCI, but some sort of followup to the uppercut would really improve him IMHO.

Hey all, newb to the forums here, just downloaded Choujin's DBZ chars (most of, anyway), and I love them. They'll fit into my little home here, as well as (hopefully) help me learn how chars are made up.

One thing I've noticed though, is Vegeta's AI supposed to be incredibly fsckin difficult to beat even on Medium settings? He seems to do a lot of corner-trapping combos that don't let you get up.

One other thing, I don't know if it was done intentionally or not, but I've noticed with every other character's L2 Special, each hit does some damage in addition to the large energy blast at the end. Both Son Goku and SSJ Goku's don't. No damage is done until the final Kamehameha wave hits.

Hmm.... You should add a trigger to disable Cell's AI.  Its really gets on my nerves that he can butcher me almost no matter what.

GOH: bmc would tell birds that they're broken because they shouldnt air recover

Ah, that would explain it then. Just means I'll have to get used to blocking like there's no tomorrow and hoping that I can blast him without him blocking everything I throw.
I'm still getting a feel for the whole MUGEN scene and all, but I like the sense of community I see here. It's something that's not easily shown in most settings.
I'm just trying to amass a small collection of interesting characters to have fun bouts with until I can really delve into the inner workings of characters and maybe eventually attempt to make my own...Places like this and Mugen Infantry really help. I haven't been here long, but I'm already grateful to the community for being able to put forth this kind of thing, and for free, nonetheless.
You guys rock!

Do you even know who CHOUJIN is? He has made some of the best, most balanced DBZ characters for mugen.

Besides, this is an update. He released this Vegeta over 7-8 MONTHS AGO!

I don't care if people call me a 'n00b' or whatever. When a character can basically hit you with a combo that takes away over half your life if you let your guard down or give them breathing room for a millisecond, or counters every attack you make with a special move that uses up far too little of his super bar, that means you can't have any fun playing; you have to resort to using a cheap tactic repeatedly.

I mean, seriously. I once tried fighting Cell with Kung Fu Man. I managed to land a crouching light kick on him, and before I could hit him a second time in the brief combo, he immediately started into his 50% combo, with no chance for me to block. Literally in a small fraction of a second, basically cancelling out the hitstun, he countered. It's just plain ridiculous.

CELL IS A BOSS, your NOT supposed to be able to beat him. It seems like you guys would rather fight zombies that stand there and let you punch them. And cell can be killed...................use another Choujin char. I have plenty of fun fighting cell in epic battles. Before vegeta got AI cell was my only reason for playing mugen.
