Which Akuma is the Best?

Im Looking for an akuma to download for mugen. It would be cool if he was strong (not TOO overpowered) and did combos and stuff and had a Good AI. I would prefer it not to be too cheap (it can be a little cheap but not no 1 hit kills, super Defense, fast healing and all.


If you can think of an akuma to match what im looking for then could you just name any akumas you can think of.

I don't really need links im capable of finding them myself. Thanks.

Go for Warusaki3's Gouki for a good normal version, PotS's Shin Gouki for the best Shin mode Gouki.

Rare Akuma for the best fucking parody of every fucking thing that ever happened.

I wouldn't consider that a infinite since you have to make your opponent bounce of the wall and if you do it on the wrong side of the stage the stage interaction would activate.

If you want combos, try out that MVC Akuma off Infinity Mugen.

Others: DM's Akuma (strong as fuck all, kinda spammy, but not invicible), Gouki by Don Drago; those are the ones I use along with POTS and Waru's Akuma; personally I have never gone wrong with either of those 4, (prolly cause I don't flame others for personal preferences either).

Agreed Pots shin akuma best akuma and probably my favourite mugen char. If your looking for a slightly more powerful one then try ShadoW's god akuma.

Well in terms of a non-edited Akuma. I'd say either Cyber Akuma (Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter) or Shin Akuma (Capcom vs. SNK 2)

POTS's is definitely the best CvS style Shin Akuma. As for MvC style, Tenebrous's Shin Akuma is the best.

Here's a list

Rare Akuma by PotS - He's like the ultimate Akuma, but he makes Mugen way too easy

Ogre - He's okay, got a good AI and some good specials.

MvC Gouki by Vyn - Just a normal MvC Gouki

Shin Gouki by PotS - A slightly weaker version to Rare Akuma.

SF3 Akuma by Kung Fu Man - Just a normal SF3 Akuma

Akuma/Shin Akuma by Warusaki3 - Just a normal CvS Akuma

There's alot but those are the ones i can come up with for now. ;D

the best one for me is SF3 Gouki by GM or gouki cvs by warusaki with a huge difference over all others.
