Sup yall? Im unable to create characters myself in MUGEN. Ive created stages & just about everything else. I have a decent comprehension of MUGEN, just not in the character department. Anyway, I was wondering if I had requests for characters if I could pay someone to make them for me? I would like them to be of decent quality of coarse, & preferribly in Hi-Res. I would like to offer my input & Ideas on the moves as well. Im defenitely not rich so go easy on me, heh. Here are some of the characters that I would be interested in paying for...

Jason Vorhees (Friday the 13th)
Michael Myers (Halloween)
Leatherface (Texas Chainsaw Massacre)
SS4 Vegeta HR
Shadow Preist (Mortal Kombat)
Shoa Kahn HR or possible an animated one
& more...(ill prolly post more when I remember them all)

I would also like more Hi-Res stages

Yeah I realize MUGEN is free, but I would be willing to pay someone if they would make characters for me. So lemme know...

er... wow... this is definitely an awkward one. while i see where you are going with this, it isn't they way to go.

i myself would like to make characters, but i suck too hard at it. and i can see you have a similar predicament. but breaking the biggest taboo of mugen just aint a good thing. you'll just have to either get better, try and request without any cash offering, or wait till someone gets around to it on their own.

now don't get me wrong, i'm not ripping on you and i don't bare any ill will towards you for what you are trying to do, its just that this just isn't quite the right thing to do.
holy crap, i'm back and stuff... if anyone cares.

I will say this: So far there is one known instance where someone paid someone to make a mugen character. The total price was around 2 grand, if I remember correctly.

Yeah I hear what youre all sayin. I admit it does leave sort of a bad taste in my mouth. I definately cant pay 2 grand for a character. I do realize the time it takes & what a pain it can be, or else Id make them myself. I guess in time ill figure it all out. Thanks for the feedback on this yall.

I don't see why everyone is getting antsy at him if he wishes to pay someone to make him a character. That's perfectly reasonable, since time is money, and making a Mugen character consumes a LOT of time, especially if said character has original spritework and whatnot.
A magical force-field surrounding a brick in an iron vault...even if the security is breached, the thieves are bound to be disappointed.

I wasn't getting antsy. All I said was the "standard" price most are probably used to due to one public instance.

I know of more instances where that happened, but they kept them low profile, the other one was another full edited character (but it used bases, something like kabao's yoko) and it costed 800m dollars. the character was not released to the general public, though.

There are plenty of people out there who will make characters for u. All u got it do is look for them. Try DDR i think that he will make characters as long as u pay him for his jod and effort

lol. yeah I dont think he meant 800 million. anyway, i just thought Id throw the offer out there. im pretty broke & would have to pay him out slowly as he works on it. Oh well, case closed. I guess...

The only time anyone had to pay $800 million for making something MUGEN related was Vyx, and even there he didn't have to pay anywhere near THAT much.
