The movement on the rock in the back on the right is unnatural, you might want to adjust the deltaAlso dislike how dark the stage is, but the characters are so bright. You might consider adding some kind of tint to blend them, but that's just me

Gave this one a test. - The shadow color seems way too dark. I think it should be lightened a bit. - With how fast the water moves, wouldn't it make more since to have the clouds move a bit faster? - Any reason you changed the tension? - The splashes on the rocks are a nice touch, wouldn't it also make sense to have some kind of ripples on the ground? - The rain just seems very odd to me, I don't really know how to explain it, it just falls and blends awkwardly in the stage IMO. -Like Ex had mentioned, a 640x480 black or dark blue sprite placed over the characters on a 0,0, delta might look nice and blend a bit more. -Just a personal suggestion, maybe some lightening? Also, your 1,0 sprite has a few stray pixels at the top of it, I think that's what may be causing this (maybe it's part of that 20 group instead?): Spoiler: Within the red box (click to see content)It's a cool idea, had to check it out.
This stage is Amazing,I realy like it,start's rain in the midle of fight,a perfect BG for a Akuma.the only thing,strange noises in the music are supose to be there?they dont sound like fx,sound like bad rec.Thanks 4 Share Noz!!!
