Because it's Weegee. He's one of the many running gags in YouTube poops. Mario has no alternate, gag version of himself like Luigi does. Although some will correct others who call Weegee Luigi, I couldn't tell you why there's a difference.

You guys don't get it. Weegee has the same power as the Death Note, except he just has to stare at his opponent and they die. (Sorta like Medusa.) The only person he can't kill like that is Larry Koopa, that's where Malleo comes in.
