Yes.



What's the story behind this edit? Well, one day I was letting my mind wonder and it went into crazy places, so I decided to have Yukari sorta rip off Andross from the original Star Fox. Download the edit and you'll see what I mean. Maybe.
Anyways, yeah. Sorta hard for regulars, nightmare for The Kid. Most of what was in the original by Ricepigeon is still here, but I pulled certain attacks off and added new ones. The f7_readme.txt file has the info. In the meantime, enjoy.

Found a clone glitch with her Ride the Waves if you hit her just as shes doing it, which makes me wonder if mine has it as well. So far nothing.

This was when fighting her with Yukari but yes, it was before she actually summoned it. I havent been able to intentionally reproduce it since and so far it only happens when its Yukari (RP) vs Yukari (IWBTG) which makes me wonder.

EDIT: Since this Yukari was editted from the most recent Yukari_RP (as denoted in the readme), was leaving the Boundary Wave indestructable when Yukari gets hit intentional?

Yeah, I believe I did that intentionally.

What I can't do intentionally is reproduce that clone glitch, unfortunately (is that the only real bug you found so far?).

I think she only summons the train if you manage to kill Primeus, which is sort of a tradeoff to keep her hard, but it should at least be interruptable as she was in the original.

Also is it just me or is she immune to grabs for some reason? I cant check now at the moment.

Not really.  I got slammed by the Yukari Express when Primeus was STILL alive, Yukari's life was low, and I destroyed the Tenshi gag in Primeus' mouth.  And of course, yes, Yukari has full immunity to throws and also custom state attacks (I tried using Anti-Batspray on her as Batman in Adam West Mode, but the move failed to connect).

But yeah, Yukari always seemed to do the train whenever Primeus was dead. If she cant be knocked out of it and can even do it while Primeus is still alive and attacking then I think we need to balance that.

Yeah, she can't be grabbed or custom stated. Mainly as a safeguard against unwary glitches and also because I'm an a--hole.

Huh. I thought I told her to do it only when he was dying/dead. I'll fix that.

I dont mean completely vulnerable. Iirc in both SWR/UNL and Yukari_RP she was vulnerable during the startup but invincible once the train actually appears.

anywy, I think this is a nice edit of Ricepidgeon's Primeus character.
I wonder what you'll make next. (maybe an IWBTG styled apocalypse)
maybe I'll check out the other IWBTG boss characters I haven't fought yet.

Very cool character! :D
I like how you made it that The Kid has to run past spikes and other things to get to Yukari.
I think that there's a bug with Yukari, though. Sometimes, she'll use a certain attack (I always forget which one it is) that makes MUGEN automatically close and it doesn't even give me an error message saying why it closed. Could you fix that?

I just fought against her again.
It's her Black Hole attack and the character she was fighting doesn't matter; it could happen with any character.

Hmm...those characters are solid enough so it's definitely Yukari. It's odd that Mugen shows no errors though. You have your computer scanned recently?

So now that Yukari_RP was updated, is IWBTG Yukari going to be updated to reflect those changes or will it be developed in parallel? (Im mostly talking about her new Air Medium and chargeable Standing Strong, as well as faster Boundary Waves)

Well first I have to actually remember to check the topic every now and then to see if people are still posting in it.

@Darkflare and Camchao14: Yeah, it's Yukari's fault. Tried to give her black-hole super some functions similar to her gaps and failed. I'll upload the update soon (soon being a bit after I fix the problem).
@Ricepigeon: I'll update it to reflect the changes in the original, plus bug fixes as discussed above.

Yeah, I've had it scanned. It never finds any viruses or other bad stuff, but probably one reason why my MUGEN doesn't display an error message when Yukari tries to use Black Hole is because my computer is slow; sometimes, it'll take a long time to do something that other computers could do in a snap and sometimes, it never does what it's supposed to do at all. I've use a flash drive to play MUGEN on other computers and they always have an error message displayed when MUGEN closes and they all are faster than mine is, so that's probably why. But I can deal with that; for most MUGEN errors, a message comes up and for less important MUGEN errors, no message comes up at all.
