CvS never had QCF + PP super move inputs.
No hitsparks on Ground Viper
I don't like the SGS input for Napalm Death.
No moving Dodge is kinda surprising. Ah well.
Is this CvS? that didn't have launchers, though at least it doesn't make the opponent fall.
Can crouch while running.
being able to chain 3 Ground Vipers feels weird if this is meant to be CvS or MvC.
Why did you keep Napalm Death as an Instant Kill when he can now easily charge up his power? That's just cheap even if its mostly avoidable.
No hitsounds
Okay, wait, so I killed someone with Napalm Death in Round 1 and suddenly in the next round Sol can do the Dragon Install versions of his moves. I don't understand that at all.
Also in that same mode he can do his Force Break Fafnir and it tuns into Classic Tyrant Rave if he hits you with it automatically.
Volcanic Viper's too hard to do. you have to really hold DF before you press punch.
Why did you remove Riot Stomp?
Why's Bandit Revolver a QCB move and why's Bandit Bringer a move on its own now?
You can't chain all 6 normals in MvC.
Apart from a few cases you can't do normal chaining in CvS.

Too easy 100%: Jump HP > LP > LK > MP > MK > HP > HK > Classic Tyrant Rave > run up close > XX Tyrant Rave twice > Gun Flame twice or Volcanic Viper

My suggestions are make it a QCFx2 and Kick input ala the H Slash but only when the opponent's low on health. Or not make it instantly kill if it has to be a super, or do it like this: Start it with a knee to the gut before he does it, like GG mode in Accent Core. You could change it to All Guns Blazing if you ever give him EX mode.

Yeah, but swapping the commands back is easy. And it is feasable for Capcom's 6-button system.
I would be even willing to help you changing the CMD, if you want.
