if you're referring to ex sonic boom, jump attack repeat. It shouldn't be possible. Even with short hop you can't do it. Also how are they recovering, be specific.

-It shouldn't be, but I pulled it off no problem. I very much so remember redownloading him unless you didn't reupload the right version.
-I mean the manual kind of air recovery. Set Training's recover option on and see it recover.
