Injustice 2 (Gets revealed next week)

Punch me in the face if this leak won't be true.

A french Gamingsite writes their sources revealed that Injustice 2 is in the works, will be released next week before the E3 and will be released in May 2017.

According to them its running on the same engine than Mortal Kombat X. Its coming to the XB1 and PS4.

A friend of mine told me the same thing, he was the one that told me about KOF XIV at first, so seems legit so far.

Well this doesn't surprise me. Not only did Injustice sell a ridiculously high amount for a fighting game in general but it also sold really well for a comic-based video game.

I personally didn't really like it that much. It felt like MK9 lite with too much focus on juggles but it was decent. Here's hoping the second one is better.

I call BS on this because it also confirms a PC release, and Warner Brothers will definitely never again touch the PC platform.

Injustice lasted 2-3 years and MK9 lasted the same amount of time so...

it lasted until the last dlc was out, after that the game was pretty much dropped because of the shitty online

I tried out Injustice again on PS4 today, not that it means much, but it seems like there is still a decent online community at least. I mean at least in comparison to games like the last BlazBlue which is like..dead. Finding opponents is no problem

Online has little to do with why a game dies, games with popular IPs are gonna be active online. It's because NRS don't know how to leave their games alone whenever something's the slightest bit imbalanced.

Because Mr.Edward John "Motherfuckin" Boon is the originator of trolling/teasing fans in modern day video games?

There was a time when people believed that Fatalties in Mortal Kombat games were 34 button inputs that you had to slam in. But Ed Boon left clues(klues?) And he and his crew(krew? Okay, i'll stop) always have been. Anyone remember the Zebraman troll from Deadly Alliance? I do.

But with Ed Boon you can never tell what's real, what's not real, what's a hint and what is not a hint. (Half of the Shaolin Monks Game Over screens anyone?)
But at least Ed Boon does it in a way that's fun. He understands you gotta tease people to please them. Even if he has one of the most punchable faces on the planet.
