In this thread you will be nominating characters from the month of May 2017 that you believe are worthy to be recognized as Character of the Month. These nominations last until June 15th.

Every couple of days a list will be created and updated to feature the nominations progress. The list will include: Who's a candidate and how many motions other characters have. If twenty candidates are reached before the 15 days are up, then voting will start early.
- Only nominate up to 4 characters
- Read the thread
- The numbers next to each nomination represent each character's current nominations
- Only 3 nominations are necessary for each character

Why don't you want to be nominated? Just don't follow the process, and continue on as if nothing happened. We had Japanese creators who never posted here who won before and I'm pretty sure it didn't really affect them.

If youre nominated it doesn't matter and it wont do anything to the forum. its just a title but nobody really cares much about em, the contest isn't even a proper contest it just shows what people like here. that's it.

What I meant is:
you didn't show your character here in May 19th, so many people might have missed your release. Not everyone who's here is also registered on MFFA, so you shouldn't be really surprised.
There's no restriction about you releasing a character on a forum or another. I didn't mention that in my posts.

For CoTM we dont look at releases on other forums too easy.

You didn't post a link or anything at first, so I tried clicking the site in your profile and the URL was malformed so I had to add a colon to make it work.
I think it's relevant since the important part of getting s character nominated is being able to download and play it!

The mistake is easy to fix.
Go to state 130, add a semicolon where there should be a comment from the author and play.
He probably figured that out but didn't tell anyone. Or he didn't.
Either way, now you guys know how to play with the char.

it was removed from cotm, the guys nominating it were the author, an alt of the author and pikachu guy. I want to know why pikachu guy nominated it if he couldnt even play it. I know why the other two nominated it even tho it didnt run.
edit: Someone is telling me that BOh is not the same person as GTAguy / Dr. Inseno / Dr. Alphys / Smeagol14 / Goodbyeeveryone./kofmeetssf/nitlit

Complete laziness on my part. I apologize for that since I was under the impression that all of the characters I have vouched for are vouched in good faith (i.e. no dirty tricks like using alts. for artificially inflating the number of nominations).
I know it is too late now, but if I was notified sooner, I would have completely withdrawn my vote. It teaches me to research my choices next time...
