Well, the background is a bit pixelated but it still looks good. The only thing that I could suggest you do is add a layerno = 1 sprite of the bridge piece and darken up the floor.

its not a screenshot taken directly from mugen,

i took all the stage parts and assembled them in photoshop and resized the whole image to 640x360.

Well, the background is a bit pixelated but it still looks good. The only thing that I could suggest you do is add a layerno = 1 sprite of the bridge piece and darken up the floor.
The space in the bg is dithered to the point that it's extremely noticeable.

Yeah, i was messing around with all the dither options that photoshop had but they all looked to colorlossy,

so i used Snagit8 to dither the images, it has 8 different dither types and "Ordered" was the dither i used for it.
