So a bit of good news to this specific thing. The TMNT scene found out about my stuff and explained some things missing from my otherwise spot on recreations. Naturally I fixed it immediately. Some of which I really think you should pay attention to such as being able to be thrown during guardstun


Changelog:
-Throws can be done during block stun, this can be toggled in the config.txt
-stun values are now on a per char basis. If anyone but the tmnt chars are used a default value is used instead.
-the first hit of a stunned opponent adds no stun but the next hit does.
-it is no longer harder to stun opponents who have been stunned already.

Apparently these were a huge deal and honestly I can see why. Some chars rely on traps based on this premise entirely and It's really cool that I got to speak with them all about it.
