Charlie is a straight forward char. Moonsault is great for extending air combos. Somersault Shell/Justice has a projectile that shoots towards the air. Long range overhead and Spin Back Knuckle covers a lot of distance. Move list subject to change, so all c&c are welcome.

I think it would be a good idea to only make the heavy moonsault ground bounce as it's a very good approach move (in x-men vs. sf, msf vs sf and mvc2 anyway) doing a ground bounce as your opening move limits what he can do too much. I think.

Phantom's Charlie had a version of SFV's NSh super years before Capcom did it. That move or the Shadow teleport could be nice from the SFV side.

I think heavy only for the bounce too.

Changed Moonsault so only hard version causes ground bounce. No SFV stuff for now. I'd rather save that for an expansion if I include Franken-Nash.
