I was wondering if anyone does sprite and mugen character commissions.

Yeah, there are a few guys wh9om are constantly taking comissions; it mostly depends on whether or nto they are free and the sprite style you want.

For characters, you could ask Infinite Intel. He's done a few for other people. So maybe you can ask him once he's finished with Shingo Yabuki.
