Final Mission could get a noFG assertspecial, as seeing the shadow of the stage is not always very nice.I really love this little eye wink in Shadow mode before each super. Plays great. Wonderful update.

Shadow Lady VS Chunli in Watch mode, so I have no idea from which mode the bug came from, nor if it's an AI debug flood only or not :Warning: Expression truncated to integer :Player Chun-Li in state 50 : 636.04168739565Warning : player Chun-Li in state 636: changed to invalid state 636 (from state 50).EDIT : any plans to edit Shadow Lady's voice with a different pitch ? Also, her winposes are strange at times for her. Seeing shadow Lady jumping and laughing "yataa" is really odd.
Hell yes. As I stated waaaay back (I'm too lazy to quote myself) she is replacing Warusaki's version. As will be my standard with all of your stuff. You sir have started my weekend off right. Thanks very much for the share!!

Other debug flood, using Shadow Lady vs Kusanagi.Truncated to integer : In state 643: 643.[...numbers...]In state 643 : changed to invalid state 643 (from state 643)Also, at the moment this debug flood appeared, she jump super high out of screen (p2dist Y was at -400 or something like that) and fell back a second or two later. And when her AI starts Hyakuretsukyaku at mid distance (out of reach from the opponent), she'll never stop until she hits the opponent or gets hit.

Nice, I would liked to see some missile shooting like in MvC but Final Mission so I wouldn´t complain and a different voice pitch for Shadow Lady could be a great idea

Minor thing, but your readme refers to Chun Li as "NormalShadaloo" and Shadow Lady as "Kusanagi" at different points.Character's all good, though.

-The AI still have some issues, like doing a non-stop Hyakuretsu Kyaku 'til someone hits her... or in case of an CPU controlled match will cause to lock the opponent in block animation.-Particulary I dont like the superpause with Shadowlady, at first I thought it was a glitch... but if most people and specially you dig it, well I can handle that. Maybe if you put another effect besides the eye-shine like a back-ground portrait, shadaloo simbol or integrate it with the Super-FX would look better IMHO. Also now that I'm talking about non-mechanic issues I would like you to consider changing the voice for Shadowlady, maybe variying the pitch of the voice or givir her the original voice of the MvC series (zero Chun-Li, if I recall).-Also in the readme when you introduce Shadowlady in the Mode Overview you call her Kusanagi More to come as I examine her further, thanks for this update man, Chunners never looked better!

But I haven't decided either way.SilentRipper said, April 05, 2012, 01:08:09 amAlso now that I'm talking about non-mechanic issues I would like you to consider changing the voice for Shadowlady, maybe variying the pitch of the voice or givir her the original voice of the MvC series (zero Chun-Li, if I recall).Meh, I think the voice is fine.
Another curious thing happened at least twice when I fought her AI, when she's cornered and attemps a wall jump to scape from the corner she goes up and never falls, I can's seem to trigger this manually
I fucking love this Chun Li, best on MUGEN for me so far, but I haven't messed with her much. Really nice work though man, the long wait was worth it.EDIT: Why aren't your characters on Trinity MUGEN anymore? The latest version of your Ken, Joe and Kyo disappeared off the face of the internet and I wanted to re-download them
They're on his site at MUGEN GUild. He disbanded a while ago after a disagreement. Course it couldn't be on good terms with everyone, figures tho.

[State 5901, Turns Intro]The above state has a misspelled trigger1. Doesn't crash Mugen, unfortunately.

That's strange. I remember changing her portrait in FF3 then saving it and it happened. Then I DLed a fresh one and it seemed normal. then I copied the SFF to give Shadow Lady her own ports and then her super sparks went all over the place. They look screwed up when I use FF3's testing thing but in normal mugen it looks fine.

I think I experienced a similar situation whereby I pitted 2 Shadow Ladies against each other. The one at the corner jumps and disappeared off screen.
Why when I change the ShadowLady portraits it changes the color of the effects? (I'm using the new Fighter Factory to change these portraits)
VirtualTek said it's because of linked palettes, in the update I will make them not linked. I will also include an option to make the eye spark appear during the super pause effect like PotS's Charlie.
My only question about this patch is why you decided to only minorly decrease the lighting leg's hitvels, i would figure you would decrease them enough to get in 5 hits.

Found something weird in update. When you do Level 1 Senretsukyaku with Delay on, the level sound doesn't come out.

When you said you'll add an option I thought you'd set that in to a variable and then make like a manual or somethin like: "If you wanna have the Shadow-like eye spark go to 'here' in the . cns file and set variable 'var x' to 'value'" o.o

After some testing, here's what I've come up with:Spoiler: Feedback (click to see content)- She can't do Yoga Flame- The ending of Final Mission Sucks. Make her appear in a way similar to her intro! - Give Shadow Lady different win poses. Spoiler, click to toggle visibilty

If anyone's having trouble with the small portrait of Shadow Lady conversion in FF3, I found a solution.Simply change the Shadow Lady portrait's palette to the same color palette as Normal Chun-Li's.That fixes it right up.Edit: Forget what I posted. It makes it worse. >.<
Tried it, it still doesn't work for me. Maybe it's how I'm putting it in? How do you put the small portrait in correctly?Edit: I can get the small portrait palette glow working with a simple exchange, but I don't want it in the menu's small palette to look like the original Chun.I have updated Chun and FF3.Any suggestions?

So what was Mystery Meat anyway? Or are you shy to let it slip because no matter what it is it can't live up to the premise of Team Rocket?
Jmorphman said, April 28, 2012, 05:56:51 amI have no idea. I thought people weren't having any problems anymore? If anyone is, please tell me.You don't have to worry, I found a way. I just changed Chun-Li's main palette to Shadow Lady's.
Nice combo you got there GOH. Has anyone thought of doing specifically themed combo video threads before?? It would be better than the scads of shit videos that litter YouTube. And this is easily the best Chun Li Mugen currently has. Yup, she's a permanent addition in my roster. You gotta make a definitive Vega/Claw at one point!!
GOH said, April 28, 2012, 08:22:49 pmThanks for the update!Huh, thought I fixed being able to juggle from Hoyokusen if you don't use the super jump cancel. Better increase the recovery time.I was also gonna change the animation times for Senenshu, make it more like Alpha 2 (i.e. faster)ALSO. I'm not sure you can link anything but light attacks from Hazanshu in SFIV; I will have to go double check.
I found a strange glitch in Shadow Lady.If you use Final Mission on two opponents at the same place, the game freezes.
