The last hit when she pulls her scythe doesn´t connect, i guess.

Shes also bit laggy to use.

Noticed a weird issue with the AI where it will just slide at you.

Motionless.

Menacingly. 

I mean, it still attacks when it gets to you, but I wasn't able to replicate the behavior while playing her.  Nonexistent walk animation?


GOH: bmc would tell birds that they're broken because they shouldn't air recover.

 I guess Giang might have to consider looking into AI coding at this point seeing as it's become a common criticism.

 Not sure if it is me, but I do feel Ruby is a little OP. Particularly the easy-to-use Astral Finish that has no drawback beyond meter requirement. If it is to replicate BBTag, you can only use an Astral Finish in Resonance Mode and your assist already being KO'd.

Why should they? It's not like people will say the character is automatically crap if it doesn't have it. Most people will either just play the character anyway or just respect the author's decision of not including it on release day and not play it like any normal person should. Like me.

But if the AI is there and it slides towards the enemy, then that should be taken care of as it is now a part of the release that does not function as intended.

I have designed the power gain to make it hard for Ruby to get full bar in mind (as she is probably not going to get full bar in 1 match and even when she is steamrolling opponents, she will have full bar in the 2nd match when opponents have around 30% HP). That being said, the sole reason I want it to be IK is to have it match with Astral Finish aesthetics (and honestly, I would prefer to make it a normal LV3 Hyper).
About other problems, I will get them fixed asap.

Update:
- Now uses Van's Buffer.
- Now starts a match with 1000 power.
- "Red Reaper" now costs 3000 power.
- "Red Reaper" now deals 350 unscaled damage instead of insta-kills. BGM now will only play when opponent has less than 350 HP.
- "Red Reaper" no longer suffers from corner push.
- Added screenshake to the last hit of "Buzzsaw Blast".
- Last hit of "Buzzsaw Blast" no longer suffers from corner push.
- Fixed a glitch which doesn't let Ruby use Burst.
- Fixed a glitch which makes Petal Dance's last hit miss sometimes.
- Fixed debug floods 'caused by Burst.
- Fixed dumb AI turning Ruby into a Jojo character.
- Fixed a glitch which doesn't let last hit of auto combo X cancel into hypers.

With the 2.0 update of BBTag, it's time to patch Ruby with the new changes ofc:
- Updated Burst code.
- Jump Y's hittime is reduced by 8f.   
- Gun Blast X/Y now can cancel into itself.
- Reduced the blowback height of X Auto Combo.
