ok....so i did wat it said to ad characters but only some of them show up. wat did I do wrong? (yes i watched the video too!)

How many characters show up? Less than 10?

well i put 21 in (and yes i did expand to 60 char.) but only 17 show up

yes, there's a way and here's how:

Go to your mugen folder. Look for another folder called Data.
In that Data folder, there's a file called Mugen. Open Mugen in Notepad.
Once you open that up, hit Ctrl+f and type in [Video Win]. Go down abit until you spot DirectX mode. Read what it says carefully and add what you want to set it to after DXmode = .

Yeah, start mugen and press Alt + Enter.
